Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this business as well. I flew into town immediately for a family funeral and wore my suit on the plane so I took the suit jacket, pants and shirt in because they said for an extra fee for each, I could get them the following day by 3 PM. I told them about the whole situation and the funeral was the following day at 5 so I said great I’ll pay the extra fee for each. I came in around 2 that next day hoping it would come in early but no luck and I couldn’t be upset because obviously it wasn’t supposed to be done till 3. Yet when 3 O’clock passed only 2 of the 3 pieces were in. I was talking to them about my options of needing to be at the funeral home obviously so I would have to go buy another shirt because their guarantee didn’t go through. No biggie I guess these things happen, but when I checked out they still charged me the extra fee for the suit and suit pants, even though I now needed to go buy a completely new shirt. When I politely asked if this could be removed, she kind of rolled her eyes and just said that’s how much it costs and those did come in on time. The 6 extra dollars doesn’t even matter. The rude and inconsiderate service, especially because of the situation though does matter in my book.
