Great food and wine but be prepared to pay for it. Unique gifts and tasty food to go. Lovely ambience!

Charming place to grab an afternoon wine and some light nibbles. Lovely courtyard. Wish they had better opening hours(look before you go) — bigger plates such as chicken tacos seem to be served after 3pm. Cute little homewares store inside. Nice owners and staff. We really enjoyed getting picnic boxes for take away to take them with us wine tasting in town.

This place is truly one-of-a-kind! What a gem! Everything here is amazing– from the wines, to the beers, the outdoor patio, the nibbles, the boutique, and the people who work there. I love the atmosphere and vibe of this place. I love that you can stay and hang as long as you want– what a serious chill hang out joint, non-pretentious, authentic, and just damn awesome. I loved the Kale salad with strawberries and burrata cheese– so yummy. The empanadas are delish too. The owner is delightful and so are the employees who work there. We can’t wait to go back to unwind.

The place is cozy and nice. It is definitely not a wine tasting place.(I ask Unilocal for a wine tasting place and it gave me this as a first option). No wine testing but they have a good wine selection by the glass. The rose is good. The cheese plates are overpriced but ok, as well as the charcuterie plates. The service is ok but you come here for the overall atmosphere and this is totally worth it.

Cute little spot located just a few spots off the main drag of Ojai. I saw the reviews, and couldn’t pass up a chance to check it out. The menu here is small, and was hoping for more of a tasting room experience with a wine flight, etc. However, my friends and I settled into the adorably eclectic and very comfortable space in the back to enjoy our glasses of rose. This was our last stop before heading out of Ojai after a relaxing weekend, and this was a great way to top it off.

Tipple and Ramble is one of the most beautiful places to spend your time! Sune, the owner, has really created a gorgeous setting for you to enjoy what Ojai has to offer. Inside the store you will find an incredible variety of home décor. When I come here, I drool over the beautiful blankets, pillows and kitchenware found in this lovely store. It feels like you just entered a living lifestyle magazine. Tipple and Ramble also serves great drinks, with exquisite wine from central coast and European vintners, in addition to micro-brew beers from across the globe. The food is also exquisite… It’s more of a destination for small bites and a drink versus a full dinner(depending on your appetite), with charcuteries, delicious cheeses and house made treats. I was impressed by the cooking team’s excellent small plates made of simple high quality, mouth watering ingredients. The outdoor patio is also incredibly beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. A must stop for anyone looking to relax and enjoy!

A beautiful space off the Main Street in Ojai. We have tried the wine & cheese here at the location & used the take-away option to have food at home. The wine list features every top vineyard in California & the appetizer platters allow sampling of delicious cheeses & nuts. There is also a housewares shop that is a great place to pick up a hostess gift or home décor. Very stylish & special location. There are sometimes pop up dinners that are wonderful, unique experiences.

This is Ojai’s secret dining/wine treasure. In a town not exactly known for fine dining, tipple is beautiful, with a curated menu with a beautiful wine and beer list. Perfect for date night or a comfy spot to enjoy a wine and write your great American screenplay.

Such a cute little gem! It has a gorgeous backyard where you can order drinks and appetizers. There is also a shop to buy little kitchen items. Would come here again and again!

These two have put togeather a synergistic blend of good wine, interesting beer, select cheese, and a beautiful setting. The back patio is nothing sort of amazing.

Can I own everything I touch and see here? Tipple & Ramble is stocked with home adornments, dining and kichenware of the quality material and embellishment. There’s charming towels, rugs, cushions and outdoor furniture pieces. There’s even a bar inside offering wine and beer if you fancy that. Take it outdoors to the patio; I went straight to the soft knitted hammock(actually that was my first stop even before even entering the shop). Succulents in an assortment of cute pottery, small tables and chairs dot the backyard-y feel of the space. T&R is also used for private events and I can totally see the room for transformation here. Don’t miss this gem if you’re in the area! It’s a light stroll from the Arcade Shopping Center and Farmer’s Market. Bring a glass of Arnold Palmer, you’ll want to hang out for a bit.
