We have been very pleased so far with our service from Ojai Pool. Jake does his best to be available when we have questions and he is extremely reliable. The pool is well maintained, and stays clear and clean with the expert care it gets. Thanks to Ojai Pool Store!

After purchasing a new property we hired Ojai Pool Store to clean the pool before we moved in. The first time they went to clean it they broke the hose faucet right off the base and LEFT IT THERE to leak all day long. Not only did they not notify us of this, but they tried to repair it really poorly. When we arrived at the house several days later the entire back yard was flooded and damaged occurred to the deck of our pool. We called them to notify them this had happened and they said they were aware of the damage and they would send someone over to fix it immediately. This never happened, they never came back to fix it, instead they told me husband they refused to service the pool and we needed to hire someone else… without ever repairing the pipe. BEWARE!
