Several friends recommended Gem Quest to me and I was very pleased to discover they were right about the great quality, friendly service and reasonable pricing. My mom lost the diamond out of her engagement ring so my dad and I conspired to have her great-grandmother’s diamond set in a new band. It looks great and my mom loved getting the new ring for Christmas. Last time I was there I found out that the owners are retiring in Feb 2012, so if you have a project or repair go get it done asap.

I had some wonderful experiences recently at this jewelers’. They were very kind and friendly when I took in some simple tasks(like replacing watch batteries) so I decided to risk taking in my great-grandmother’s amethyst pendant that needed some delicate surgery. Steve said that he’d look at it. I was thrilled when he rang and said he’d managed to do the job. It was a beautiful piece of work and very inexpensive. I’m really sorry we’ve now moved abroad as I would now trust them with anything!
