I dislike writing a negative review but sometimes places just fall short. We received a simple three rose bouquet arrangement as a «happy birthday» gift from a family member. Along with the roses came three latex balloons and one helium balloon. The roses were nice but the helium balloon wasn’t filled all the way. We received this arrangement in the afternoon. This morning the helium balloon had nothing in it and was laying on the table next to the latex balloons. What a huge disappointment.

Disappointing. I ordered a bouquet (4) days in advance over the phone. When I went to pick up the bouquet it was not ready. Had an event to be at and couldn’t wait for one to be made. If you dare to place an order here best to call a couple of times to confirm. No regret for messing up, no attempt to accommodate mistake.

Husband sent flowers for day before Valentines Day. He asked that be delivered by 3:00 but they were delivered after 5:00. They weren’t the color he had requested, and they were already turning brown. They said we could bring them in and exchange them, but they were at my office and I wasn’t there. That was the reason he asked them to be delivered earlier. The flowers never opened, just got browner and flopped over. I finally just threw them away. What a waste.

They are wonderful. You can call and order arrangements AND have them delivered. They ask you questions on what you want the arrangement to look like. They want it to be perfect. Angela’s has a very friendly staff. They do a great job

The flowers at Angela’s are beautiful and the shop is super cute. They also have my favorite selection of cards in Ojai. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I’ll be back!
