We go here probably weekly and the food and atmosphere are always great. I haven’t had one thing on the menu I haven’t liked and the service is excellent! I feel like this place is a little local secret. Enjoy!

As you may have already read, this place has gone down hill and no longer resembles the Andy’s of old. The Souvlaki is hit and miss. One time it will be full of flavor and minimal fat. The next two or three times its just a stick of tough fatty bland meat. My biggest complaint is the service. As many have pointed out, the guy that runs the drive-up is extremely ignorant and seems put out by the fact your interrupting him as he prepares more mediocre Souvlaki. The worst example of terrible customer service is the woman that most often answers the phone for to-go orders. I started calling at about 2:20 one Sunday to place a to-go order. I finally got through at 2:32, according to my cell phone. The woman tells me they stop taking orders at 2:30. I tell her it took me 10 minutes to get through and that it’s only 2:32. Her ignorant response was to inform me that I was wrong and that the time was actually 2:35. When I go out to eat I expect good food and good service. Otherwise, why go? We will never be back.

Its ok, the inside is a hang out for the desperate. Poor service, food is great some nights and some is very poor. I only do take out and the guy at the window is a rude P $!#@#. But I do still go for the food

I have been eating here or getting take out here for 20 years. Souvlaki sticks are amazing. Chicken, pork or turkey doesn’t matter. It’s all good. Rice is fantastic, bread is amazing, Dolmathaki is great. The combo is probably the best thing on the menu. Steaks here are good too, but you can get steak anywhere. People come here, and come back for the souvlaki. I always buy enough for leftovers the next day because it is just as good heated up later. Place is basically a dive bar but the food is really good. Definitely one of the best in Ogden, if not the best.

Service was terrible and rude. They asked my friend to stand outside when we picked up our Togo order because he was holding a subway cup we were only there for 5 minutes it was ridiculous. The waitress didn’t want to take our order and it showed. The meat was tough and not very good. I wouldn’t go back.

Everything about this place is great. Friendly staff; EXCELLENT food; and price is definitely worth it. I wish they would expand their building to have more seats but that is the only con. Try it the next time you are in North Ogden!

We just ate here tonight. Started off with some calamari which was $ 9.99 which is about average on price, and it was great. Now we get onto the main dishes– I got a gyro, I really dislike their tzatziki sauce it has big chunks of cucumber in it, definitely not for me. They also charge $ 1 for each tiny cup of extra! My husband got the bacon cheeseburger for $ 9.99, this was WAY over priced there was seriously maybe half a slice of cheese on this burger, it was super bland and the kicker– they brought it out with one mayonnaise packet and one little packet of mustard. Sorry but when I pay $ 10 for a burger I kinda would like more than just a packet of those I mean come on. Then we get on to the drinks, the beer is reasonably priced but the sodas(which aren’t on the menu) are $ 2.25 each. Like literally each, if you get a refill they charge you full price. I can understand that but please for everyones sanity put it on the menu or mention that you charge for refills, I’m definitely glad that I didn’t get a third refill. The atmosphere is what you would expect of a bar, don’t go if you need a high chair, they only offer booster seats. Oh and they lost the cue ball for the pool table so the people playing had to use the 8 ball to play their already paid for game. We will definitely not be going back.

We love this place. Get the Andy’s special, you won’t be disappointed. If the kiddos are with you and they aren’t a fan of Greek food, go with the cheeseburger. Their burgers are actually really good!

The food here is fabulous! There isn’t much room inside so getting a to go order works great! I love the rice and the salad dressing is wonderful. The bread is my favorite and the chicken is tender and full of flavor. Love eating here, go if you haven’t!

My husband loves this place so we frequent it regularly. I’m not a huge Greek food fan so I like to try different things on the menu. My most recent visit, I ordered the steak and eggs which came with hash browns and Greek bread. The steak, which I ordered medium, was very large and seasoned well, but the disappointing thing was that it was very chewy. It took me forever to eat just a few bites and I had to take the majority of it home so I didn’t sit there all day. I really like the salad with the ranch dressing, of which I ate my husband’s serving. I also like the small feta on the side. I try to get the rice and maybe a couple of spinach or cheese triangles. Those are my usual fare and maybe I’ll stick to that for next time.

I have heard wonderful reviews about Andy’s so I brought my family there and sat in the back. The front is 21 and over and I brought my little guy. Appearance-wise I felt like I was at my local Moose Lodge… which I don’t hate. The waitress was not especially chipper but she was nice enough after a few interactions. I have resting bitch face, so I am giving her the benefit of the doubt that she thought I was going to be difficult. Our waitress was attentive. What we ordered: The cheese/olive plate was good stuff. I ordered the gyro, my husband ordered the combo #1, and the wee one ordered grilled cheese. Before we got our food the waitress came with ranch(?) and ketchup. The food came and I was pretty full but I are about ½ of my meal. The gyro was good enough, the rice tasted like it needed to cook a bit longer, and I was given a very non Greek salad. When I think Greek I don’t think ranch. Before I went here a friend mentioned the ranch dressing and I thought they were just confused and thought it was tzatziki sauce meat for the meats. Nope, ranch and it was mostly iceburg lettuce. It seemed very out of place. My husband enjoyed his meal. The souvlaki was huge and he said it was very good. The grilled cheese was on pita bread, it looked pretty good, the boy ate it without complaint. Overall the food was ok. If I lived close I would probably go again. It’s a pretty far drive and, I would probably drive to Aristo’s in SLC if I had a craving for Greek in the future.

I’ve driven by here many times and the parking lot is always full and cars parked on the street. The entrance is at the back of the place and kind of odd. It is really dark inside with no windows but this is more of pub than a restaurant so you kind of expect it to be this way. I’ve heard great things about their greek food and it did not disappoint. My wife and I both got the chicken slouvaki. The dish came with some excellent lemon rice, really soft slices of pita, and a big portion of salad. The chicken was also really flavored well and there was a lot of it. The chunks of chicken were large on the kabob and they were cooked perfectly. I don’t have a complaint about any of the food I tried. The service was really good as well. They were fast and kept or drinks filled. The price was a bit more than I wanted to pay for lunch so that would have to be my only complaint. We went on a Saturday for lunch and they only have the dinner menu on weekends. I’m not sure what there lunch menu would look like on a weekday, I’ll have to try that next time. The alcohol selection was good and they had a pretty good drink menu. The prices were very reasonable too for all types of alcohol. I’d even say they are less than average in price so that is good if you are looking for a drink. I do want to come back and try other things off the menu. I’m sure everything here is really good. The menu is about right as well, not to overwhelming.

Best Greek food in the valley, we gladly drive from SLC to visit Andy’s. The Greek rice is the best I’ve ever had. Reasonably priced drinks, recommend you sit in the bar.

The greek food has been great each time I have been here. Tonight my wife ordered lamb chops which were excellent. There were four tenderloin chops which were accompanied by a tasty rice pilaf a salad and pita bread. I had the combo #1 which had a huge pork souvlaki, a dolmatakia(meat stuffed grape leaf), a meatball and great home made fries. They have a full selection of typical bar drinks. This has become a regular stop when we are on our way through north ogden.

I sometimes think of where to find the perfect bar, the exact kind I like to sit in and swill some suds or hit up one of my favorite meals, if done right, that being a bar cheeseburger with fries and a few cool Sam Adams. I didn’t see any Sam Adams here and wasn’t in a position to enjoy them, even if there was, but when I saw the Bacon Cheeseburger on the menu, I knew I had to do it. The lights are dim, there’s seating on one side, a big screen tv, a nice bar to belly up to, pool tables, basically everything you would want in a beer, minus the stink, thankfully. This also doubles as a very serviceable restaurant, though if you pick the wrong time, you’re just going to be spending your minutes in line time. As to the aforementioned bacon cheeseburger, it is a great bar burger. I have no problem saying that. It would give a number of places a very substantial run for their money and it’s done to near perfection. The fries were a bit oily and a bit soggy and sad. The crisp ones were good; the rest I didn’t bother with. I also saw some of their skewers and when I chance in here again, I’m going for those. They looked fantastic. It’s fairly rare that I see a bar slinging Greek food, but this one looks like it’s high level comparatively, even against other Greek places. Very solid entry from Ogden.

This is a popular bar/restaurant as cars will fill the very small parking lot quickly and the resulting overflow(dangerously) ends up on the 50mph stretch of Washington. I’ve only dined in once and saw what the draw is– its a bar with decent/good food. Have a few drinks, play some pool or darts and order some food. So I’ve done the call ahead and drive thru a few times, but honestly was disappointed. Maybe the lack of a few beers, but the food seemed too pricey for what was delivered. In the to go box they pack the souvlaki, rice, pita and(now very hot n soggy) salad. So, the salad is wasted. There is a large portion of food, but the quality in 3 different drive thru visits resulted in 3 different sticks of meat– one good, one overcooked, and one undercooked. Combine poor location with dangerous entrance/exit(you can’t see cars flying 50mph past you until you are in traffic due to people parking on street and blocking your exit view described earlier). I won’t be going back for questionable results. If you want good or even better souvlaki, goto your local grocer, grab the ready made sticks and BBQ at home, save the $.

I really want to like this place, but I just can’t. I’ve eaten there a few times(usually at the request of a friend) and I’ve ALWAYS found the meat, to be dry and overcooked. The lemon rice is OK, but it could have been fluffier and not tasted like it came out of the fridge, was put on a plate and microwaved. If you are looking for a hole-in-the-wall dive with mediocre food. This place is for you.

I’m not much a Greek food fan… Or at least I wasn’t until this place. The pork chops are to. die. for. And, they are the Thursday special… Which has really made Thursdays my favorite day of the week! Their ranch sauce is definitely one a kind– needless to say that every time my boyfriend and I go, we purchase an entire bottle of it. I’ve never been inside, so I can’t say much about the service. While I would consider this place high on the price scale, I’m more than happy to pay each time because the portions are HUGE. One meal has been able to replace dinner, breakfast, and lunch… And I can handle my food, if you know what I mean. So, yeah. Oh, and I’m also more than happy to have it as dinner, breakfast, and lunch… Because it REALLYISTHATAWESOME. :) Love this place. Worth the drive, worth the price, and worth every calorie! :)
