I’m from Austin and was working in Odessa this week. I chose this location based on the positive Unilocal reviews. I did not have a good experience and would not return. I had a shellac fill completed. Over the course of the process, they switched people 3x!!! So strange. I’m not sure why as they spoke in their native language. I was charged extra for the ridiculous shoulder massage I didn’t ask for. The process normally takes 1 hour at my Austin salon. I left here just shy of 2 hours. Nope… not again. (On a positive note, other customers did not seem to have the poor experience I had)

I normally do not take the time to write reviews. However, being from out-​of-​town and not from around this area, I figured that I’d take a few minutes to let everyone know, local and out-​of-​towners, how fabulous this Salon really is! I came to visit over the Holidays and was initially worried about where I was going to get my manis. However, this Salon is amazing! The Salon and the technicians are all very nice, friendly, the Salon is clean, and they are all very good at what they do! They did such a fantastic job on my Shellac manicure that I went back to get a matching Shellac pedicure, which is a big deal for me because I rarely show my toes any love. The price is reasonable and they go the extra mile, such as the cute little Christmas gifts that they gave every customer before Christmas. It’s the excellent customer service that keeps this cute little Salon in high demand! 5 Stars!

They are friendly here, they also fid a great job. Luckily they weren’t busy so myself and two children were able to walk right in and get pedicures. The price for my daughter was kind of high.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I will not go anywhere else, the employees are fun and amazing, I love there free hand designs and the waxing is pain-​free and always on point.

I come to Odessa a few times a year and always go here. I love the atmosphere. And that they offer fancy pedicures. With a glass of wine.
I always tip good and help the business by taking a lot of pics. And always get a fancy pedicure which can cost as much as $ 70. And then do shilac polish on my nails. This time I wanted a fancy design with my fancy pedi. Bad idea!
So I decided to do my ring finger with all rhinestone. As he’s doing. They didn’t have many sizes of rhinestones or many colors. And I explained to the guy how people have done the all rhinestone nails before and they fell off. He said his wouldn’t. I also told him I don’t like when they put clear coat over the rhinestones. And of course he didn’t listen and did it anyways. Smh.
My thumbs I had rhinestones around the edge. After leaving the shop and putting my thumbs together I realized one thumb was oval and one was squared. Came back the next day. They got me right in and fixed it. So I decided to change the design to chevron, which just means zig zag design. Instead of free handing it they put stickers on my nails. Never seen that at a professional nail shop. They looked cute so I figured I’d give it a try.
3^rd day after doing my all rhinestone design. 3 came off. I came in a 3^rd time to have them glue 3 more back on. Of course they said sit and we’ll be right with you. I sat and waited and waited and waited. Now I went from happy to pissed! As I waited for so long I really got to looking at my nails and noticed my chevron design was lifting a lil bit. As I’m sitting there I’m thinking. Um it was your fault why I’m here and you can’t take 2 min to glue a few on! By that time I was so pissed I walked out and left.
So if your getting regular shilac you will be fine. But I wouldn’t recommend any designs. They obviously don’t know what there doing. I was a good out of towner customer. But after the experience and the way they treated me when I came back the 3^rd time. Like I was a problem. Oh yea and charged me to fix there mess up. Wow! I will never spend another dollar in there shop!!! Good luck! Hope they treat you better.

Great place, very relaxing. They are eager to help you be relaxed. It is a nice atmosphere.

Amazing experience, friendly staff, & clean. Enjoyed the lavender massage and massage chair.

Have been here several times for pedicures. Always great! I just recently got my first manicure from here and unfortunately it was not what I expected. I got shellac and they were kind of stingy with the amount of polish used. 4 days later and my nails are chipped and peeling off. My cuticle also got trimmed too short causing me to bleed. Will continue to go for pedis but will pass on the manis. Always great customer service.

Just had a mani/​pedi here today. Great service! Friendly and professional staff. Good job on my nails and removing dead skin from my feet.
Compared to the prices at some of the salons in Austin, this place is a little pricy, but worth it. I had the lavender pedi and I left with my legs feeling moisturized and smooth (it helps that I actually shaved this morning) :).
Free drinks, although we had gotten Starbucks before hand so we didn’t take advantage of that. Overall — a great experience!
