I wish I could give no stars. Terrible service and every time I need to go in there it never fails that the workers are on their cellphones. The manager is unhelpful and when you need to ask something they always seem to give sarcastic answers or roll their eyes. The last time I went in there, there was a long line and only one person was helping. I was standing in line for 15 minutes and then 2 more workers finally decided to come and help from the back. There is just one good worker I have encountered and if at all costs only ask for her. I don’t remember her name but I think it started with an I, so ask for that if that person still works there ha! Bottomline is use USPS before going here.

Super helpful staff. Good location and easy to find. They helped with everything that I needed, solved a couple of address problems and got my packages shipped quickly.

This franchise is run, and staffed, by teenagers that couldn’t pour piss out of a boot if the instructions were written on the bottom. Every time I have tried to ship something from this store it gets screwed up, and since that doesn’t happen when I take it to the customer center of UPS, it can only be due to the incompetency of the employees at this location. It is more trouble to go to the main UPS location, they don’t box or wrap, and they are only open for a few hours in the afternoons. but at least I know my packages will arrive to the correct address and on the designated delivery date.
This store sucks.
