This was the worst experience ever. Horrible service… including the manager! Don’t go towards 9 they’re so RUDE.

Came here at lunch time today, everyone was very friendly and helpful, the employees coming around asking if you enjoyed your food, come around asking you if you like more breadsticks, almost more helpful than some of the service you get in a sit down restaurant with a waitress. Everyone sliming and polite. (Which is rare in Odessa food service from my personal experience. The food was really good. Place was clean. I had a good experience. I mean usually when i eat here, i only get it to go, but I enjoyed my inside dining experience.

Don’t go after 9:45! I was going to meet my husband who was 5minutes in front of me mind you, he had to go to work, so he ordered his to go. He was getting his drink when I got there with the kids, I went to the counter to order, and they REFUSED to take my order, even though it wasn’t even closing time. I left with my 4 year old crying because they wouldn’t let us eat! Piss poor service if you ask me!
