I have never eaten from a food truck and I have wanted to for some time, so when several people told me to look for Eduardo’s I did and we took our golf cart there fro lunch. I got two Fusion Tacos which had blackand chicken. These were really good. Eating outdoors on a picnic table with high winds was not fun, but the food was great.

Pros: Great quality, large menu with lots of options, outdoor seating available if you’re trying to grab a quick bite before the store or hitting the beach.
Cons: Everything is LOADED. Some would find this a plus but for someone who likes simple street tacos it was a bit much for me, and it seems to keep the prices higher than your average taco truck. And it’s cash only. There’s always a crazy long line.
Would return but will end up having to crazy customize my order and wait in the super long line.

Can’t give a no star rating, but I would if I could. Check out their health inspection score (currently 89). Then ask why they’ve been closed recently. And next call the health inspector and ask her to explain their score.
If you’re reluctant to call, here’s the lowdown. This restaurant closes each time their inspection score is low. The inspector can’t come back to check if they are closed. When they are open, the same problems are noted. The most recent visit just prior to the past several weeks of the closed (reopened today) food truck found warm chicken. Not cooked. Warm RAW chicken. Bare hands transferring foods. That means workers were witnessed touching raw and cooked foods without hand cleansing. These may mean nothing to you, but they are critical to food inspectors and those who care about their own health.
Be an informed consumer.

A gem on Ocracoke Island. Would be pricy if on the mainland but is very reasonable considering its location.
Open for all three meals of the day. Tried all seafood burritos and tacos. Generous portions. The seafood was all fresh.
Owner of very friendly and appears to be very hard working. Huge line up while there.
Small place to eat to the left side of the food trailer. They are cash only…

The food is very good, and even better when you consider the price for Ocracoke island. It’s affordable and easy. My wife and I ate burritos and had beers back at the room — perfect combination. The burritos tasted of fresh ingredients and we’re just the right size for a meal.
I met Eduardo while ordering — he and the person taking orders were super friendly. This place is highly recommended for a reasonably priced, very good meal.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now. They did raise prices, I’m not sure why. The food here is great. I always get tacos, because they are fresh and delicious. I didnt have an issue with the service, so I really don’t have any complaints. I would recommend this to anyone who has never been, and to anyone going to Ocracoke looking for a good lunch.

This is the islands little secret. The spicy crab taco and fish taco were excellent. I also got the mango guacamole which was freshly made.
