I’ve never had a bad experience here. I have been coming here for 10yrs. Now I shop on line. Still the same excellent service as before.

Oh Wal Mart… you are such a mix of good and bad. I have been shopping here for a while now and can say that I have had some good experiences here and some bad. The staff is brain dead and the customers are colorful to watch… but when I want to make one stop for things, I will come here. The store is okay. Sometimes clean and sometimes not. I think I go here only because I know were everything is at this point. Food is food and the produce and meats are okay. The staff have no personality. Everytime I need to speak to anyone about anything, they have no expression and just respond like the overworked employees they are. The ONLY time I ever got someone to smile and interact was when I brought my car in for tires. Here is an example of what type of employees they have… one day while shopping they had a training going on. There was a large group of employees and at the end of their talk, the manager tried to get them all to give a Wal Mart Cheer to rally support and excitement… The manager said his line and the workers half heartily repeated it… it was pitiful! They wanted nothing with cheering to this manager or this company. I have learned to only shop early in the morning before the rest of the world gets up. The challenge with that is they only have a few cash lanes open so you still have to wait on lines. There are always long lines here and they never have enough lanes open. They even have a person with a big arrow directing customers to the next«best» line for the least amount of wait… I guess… but so far, this service stinks. They always direct me to a line that is twice as long as any other and/or with a cashier who is brain dead. I have learned to ignore the lady with the arrow and pick my own line with a cashier I know is fast. Any other time of the day, there are always long lines and a wait to check out. In my opinion, every Wal Mart has a base of customers. It depends on the location and the local customers who shop there. For instance, the ones near Disney are very tourist heavy and have many of them who know no place else to shop. This Wal Mart is more local and with out getting technical, if full of crazy locals… ugh. I have been to better, cleaner, friendlier Wal Marts but this is the one near my house so I deal with it. Enjoy at your own risk.

I’m not sure why this Walmart only has two stars. Whenever I do visit this Wally, I’m always impressed. Everything is beyond organized. I mean whoever stocks these shelves must have OCD or really takes pride in their job. Everything is perfect. The staff is helpful. They stay out of your way, less you need help. They have a Checkers, a nail salon a eye glasses store, and they recently added an electronic screen and phone repair store. The check out line runs faster than in NYC lol. The funny thing about this is that no matter which state you are in, Wally would have 25 registers and only keep 3 open. Strange. I guess they enjoy seeing long lines. The parking lot is big. I would recommend.

This place was really rough from a customer service perspective. In my experience they rarely have enough registers open and in particular their customer service desk is less than helpful. It took me over an hour to return just a few items that were purchased online. I don’t know if this is a walmart thing or just this store, but whatever it is, it’s horrible. I’ll share my recent experience that was terrible and you can decide. I was trying to return items(with an online return receipt) and they were having trouble returning it in their system due to an internal reason with the computer and ; some kind of update issue according to customer service from . After much back and forth trying to return the items, they tried to send me home with the items(some of which is broken glass that arrived that way when delivered) to call to resolve like it wasn’t their problem or they weren’t even the same company. When this happened, I asked for the manager and he ignored the team member and me several times after he knew I was there for almost an hour. He then finally came over and she told him the issue and unbelievably he asked her what she was going to do? Seriously?! He didn’t offer a solution or anything. He didn’t even acknowledge or apologize to me until the end. She said she would call them to see if she could get it returned and then he took off repeating that to me. After over an hour she finally resolved with online customer support(who actually turned out to be very helpful) and handed me the receipt saying nothing. No, I apologize for the inconvenience, no goodbye, no have a nice night, no empathy no nothing. She said nothing… so here I am sharing what occurred. Good luck to this place and anyone who goes there and if so I hope your experience is better than mine.

My opinion, but my 2nd experience was not much better than the first. Nice employees, But I think this is the absolute worst Walmart store I have ever been in!

What can I say? This is a Supercenter so it is one stop shopping with reasonable prices. However, you get what you pay for… sometimes I would like to be able to ask for a product and be able to get someone to help you or more and faster cashiers. I asked 5 people for a product including a manager. none of them moved from their spot and everyone said they had no idea. Guess what a customer overheard me and told me where it was? So what keeps me going back… low prices and one stop shopping. They have an edge on that market!

I’m not a fan of Walmart but the staff here surprisingly acknowledges you. My boyfriend and I walked in to grab a couple of items and we were greeted. The cashier was super friendly and we were asked if we needed help finding anything. Prices are obviously cheap but the cleanliness of the store is border line. Just don’t come here at night time it’s kind of scary and there is register open for the most part.

If I could leave no stars I would this place is filthy, employees are rude sit out front of store on breaks cursing. They won’t walk you to an item if you ask where it is just they will just say it over there. Wrong sizes on hangers so you end up buying the wrong size then they give you a hard time about the even exchange. Over all review negative 5 stars. I live in Ocoee and I will drive to Target in winter garden before I give one red cent to this trashy store!!!

Crowded on the weekends. In store the feel is like a flea market. The produce always seems sub-par. I bought an $ 2 pineapple and it wasn’t as good as a Dole pineapple. The selection is good like you would expect and you can get almost everything here. Sunscreen is low priced and for the summer is good to pick up here. Nothing really special about this wal-mart vs a typical location.

Generally I am not a fan of Walmart due to their disorganized stores and lack of customer service but this location surprised me in terms of being well organized and pleasant. I was there early in the morning on a weekday and as I walked around, everything was in its place and the employees were helpful. I’m used to seeing pallets of merchandise throughout the aisles of other Walmart’s but this one was spotless and free of clutter. The one thing that Walmart does not have is competitive pricing on cigarettes. They are charging about a dollar more than most other places so I don’t recommend coming here for your Cancer sticks.

While I can’t speak to what this place is on a «regular» day, I was completely happy with my experience on Thanksgiving as it was my first visit to this location. I went with intention– to get a TV featured in their«1 Hour Guarantee» promotion, where you were guaranteed to either get the TV or get a voucher to have it shipped to you before Christmas at the deal price. The store was busy, but organized. They had the biggest deals mapped out at different locations throughout the store. The line for the TV I was interested in was well-organized and easy to find. Their were plenty of employees available for question. The line moved fast to receive a voucher to pay for the TV once the deal started and the lines to check out were quick. Only complaint was with the actual pick up of the TV. You were required to drive to the back of the store to pick up the TV at the loading docks. The only issue with this is that people kept walking up, which ultimately made the line longer for those in vehicles. A Wal Mart employee even said they were originally not supposed to allow walk ups, so that seemed like a bit of a service break. Ultimately, shopping on Thanksgiving I was prepared for the worst so things went much more smoothly than expected! I was impressed by the staff and set up of this store. Based on that experience, I would revisit in the future. The store seems well cared for.
