What happened Taco Lady? I used to love this food truck. The tacos keep getting smaller. The carnitas were very dry and chopped into tiny pieces, and under seasoned. I think you used the wrong cut of pork. Disappointing.

My wife and I first saw this place 7 years ago. After passing by the food truck countless times, we decided to try it late one night. Since then, we eat here nearly every weekend. The food is simple and fantastic. While we have tried the entire menu and enjoy them all, our favorites, by far, are the tacos and sopes. This is a unique and authentic Mexican style offering. It is not American tacos with sour cream, guac, etc. Tacos are comprised of corn tortilla, seasoned meat, sautéed onions, raw onion and cilantro. They have 4 different sauces to top off your tacos, as well as limes to squeeze on top and sliced radish. Radish was a weird addition but it TOTALLY works. Food is great and the people are wonderful also. Julie and her family are great and we like supporting them. In the last few months, business has gotten quite busy. So much so that they opened a restaurant in downtown Ocoee. More offerings there and food is just as good. At the food truck, make sure you get there early as the wait for food can push 45+ minutes. It’s that good!

The food is amazing and the closest to authentic that we have found in Orlando! The atmosphere is very clean and comfortable and very well decorated. I can tell already that the restaurant will need more seating because the food is SO good and the family who runs it is very nice and accommodating. We ordered a Torta de Milanesa, which takes a little time to make, so they gave us complimentary chips and salsa! Whoa. So yummy!

Been coming for 3 – 4 years. It’s been consistently great. I used to order the tacos, but now have been loving the huaraches. The wife loves the burritos. I recommend trying the hot sauce also.

Classic and authentic Mexican fare from the nicest food truck crew in town! Everything from the sopes, torta and of course the tacos are fantastic. Mrs. Juli takes the orders and don’t be afraid to ask for explanations of anything or to customize any part of your order. Usually, after 3 – 4 times she usually remembers your order and name. She is the best!

Found this place at midnight one night after the gf and I aimlessly searched the streets of Ocoee/WG for somewhere to eat at that time. My gf was driving, so I was able to spot this food truck out of the corner of my eye. Although she was very reluctant, she pulled into the lot where they were posted up. I ordered 2 chicken tacos, 2 carne asada tacos, and a burrito mixito. All I have to say is: WOW! their tortillas were freshly made and all food was cooked to order. Our favorite was the carne asada tacos. All the tacos came with a little side of radish, which totally complimented them — I now refuse to have tacos without radish on the side because they were so good! They were friendly, had reasonable prices, fast service, and in top of that they gave us a free sample taco for us to try before we got our food. This is now our new taco spot until we find another place that can compete because they have set the bar high.

It’s the best authentic Mexican your going to have this side of the border. I eat there every Friday and Saturday nights. It’s crowded, and its most defiantly worth the wait when friends and family come from out of town I bring them to this truck. Fresh food, great prices, and the lady and her husband are the nicest most hospitable folks. Highly recommend.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed the Taco Truck yet! I have been going to The taco truck for over a year now.(Thanks amazing boyfriend for introducing us over a year ago!) This is for sure, my favorite place to eat. Not only is the food ABSOLUTELYDELICIOUS, the service is out of this world. Juli(The taco lady), is such an amazing woman. On a recent visit, while waiting for said boyfriend, I «people watched». I noticed that she greeted just about every customer that came up to her truck, by name. I love going and visiting with her. She loves what she does, and it shows in her dedication to her customers. I attempt to try new things, but I can never go without having the steak queso taco(with everything on it). Every time I eat one, it’s like I’m eating it for the first time. The steak is so flavorful, and tender. It’s like there’s an explosion of deliciousness happening in your mouth. Another favorite item is the Torta. It’s a huge(about the size of a paper plate) sandwich. I always get the steak. It comes with steak(obviously), cheese, avocado, and any of the typical toppings you’d like. My boyfriend tends to stick with what he loves as well, the taco, the sope, and the huarache. I have sampled all of the above, and can say that they are all equally delicious. Everything is made to order, so it’s fresh. It tends to get busy, and people will sometimes order 20+ tacos at a time, so be prepared to wait a little. But, it is worth it. You won’t be let down. Get to know Juli, she is a fantastic woman.

This is probably my favorite place to eat in Central Florida. Juli and everyone else who operate truck are incredibly friendly and produce the best Mexican food you can hope to find. While you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu I find myself most often ordering the huarache, tacos, sopes, and tortas. The steak they use is delicious, if you’re deciding between the choices of meats it’s what I’d go with. Their sour sour cream also has a great distinctive taste, so be sure to ask for it on whatever you order. Lastly they offer 4 sauces that should suit any taste, hot and mild versions of both green and red salsas. They are cash only and are open: Fri — Sat: 7:00 pm — 2:00 am Sun: 5:30 pm — 12:00 am

Holy Guacamole! This is a fantastic little taco truck with an extensive menu. The food is delicious, and there’s really not much more to add. The area could use better lighting, but they are open late! I recommend the pork burrito, It was perfect. I will not forget this place.

It seems that there are two entries for The Taco Truck; the other is here: Like Jeff O., I tried the food from this truck at the bazaar last month and, as my 5-star review at the above link suggests, loved it. Definitely try to check this truck out if you’re into this food type and/or food trucks. You won’t be disappointed!

One of my friends jumped in this line during the Food Truck Bazaar. We each got into a different line and this one went the fastest. I believe she ordered the huarache and chicken tacos. Part of our problem is that we waited for another friend in another line so we could share what we ordered. So by the time we got to eat, it was cold. And we didn’t even eat all of it between the 3 of us. We weren’t all that impressed, but I’d like to give it another try on a regular night. This is one of my cousin’s favorite food trucks. So I believe him that it can be better. I’ll update this once I try it again.

This is my favorite food truck! The Taco Truck, The Taco Company, The Taco Lady… It’s all the same! Last night I was finally able to try this truck at the food truck bazaar. The menu is filled with taco, s quesadillas, burritos, tortas, sopes, huaraches. Choose from pork, seasoned pork, barbacoa, steak or chicken. I tried 4 different tacos and a chicken sope. Everything was fresh, authentic Mexican style and very very inexpensive. Tacos are $ 1.50. Nothing is over $ 4.75 on the menu! The homemade sauces are perfect. Mild or hot, and green or red. Put some of that on whatever you order and you’ll be in Mexican heaven. I would make the trip out the Ocoee semi-regularly for this truck. Call the number to find out exactly what corner they’re located at. Well done, Taco Lady!

This is my favorite Taco Truck in the greater Orlando Area. The chicken is always good, the hot verde sauce is delicious. The tacos come with limes and radish and plenty of cilantro. I love the sopes, they are just like home. I am from Northern, CA, my dad is from Mexico, and I am very particular about my Mexican food, and my truck food. They do not disappoint on any front. Except the stupid strobe light on their stereo. That I could do without. The owners are amazing. They know me and my friends by name. The cops eat here so you don’t have to worry about safety at 2am. They are open Fri — Sat: 7:00 pm — 2:00 am Sun: 5:30 pm — 12:00 am and take CASH only.
