I was here this morning for an MRI and had to post to warn anyone who might have claustrophobia. The whole reason I asked to have an open MRI is for this reason. The tech told me to lay on the machine and have me EARPLUGS not headphones that play music or anything like that. Also, there was no way to communicate with the tech and he did not communicate at all with me while I was in the machine. He didn’t give me updates on how much longer or anything the whole time. This is crucial for anyone having an MRI. He then told me I did great when I got out… I told him exactly how I felt about the communication which was non-​existent. Awful experience.
