Read Drew C’s review… If you still decide to go with Doug West, please re-read. The only thing I will add, I was willing to give the seller 10k and walk away as opposed to dealing with Doug West. He represented me as a buyer and seller. Hands down, the worst buying or selling experience of my life. If it wasn’t for my wife and kids, the seller would have been 10k richer, for doing nothing.

Pro’s — Knows Oceanside very well and is personable and easy to be around.
Con’s — As our buyers agent, did not assertively represent our best interest. Try’s to build consensus as opposed to fighting for what was best for us. This cost us at least $ 2,000 extra.
He also did absolutely no follow up at the close or after with not even a thank you note, call or text. Considering the size of the purchase and the significance of the home to us this is TERRIBLE customer service.
We would never use Doug again and would never refer him to anyone.
