This place is cute. Good food. Good smoothies. Good pricing. Free bottled water with any salad, panini, or wrap. Nice! Will be becoming a regular here! Nice place to come to post or pre work out.

I been going to smoothie Roo for almost 4 years now, I am in love with their worldwide wrap ! I stop here as often as I can at least 1 a week sometimes 3 – 4 times !!

Most other places only offer 16 or 20 ounce and charge more

You’ll be surprised how low in calories the smoothies are (make sure to compare ounce for ounce too)

I sub water instead of apple juice and pineapples for sherbert

Best smoothies and one of the best paninis — get the Caesar bacon bliss with crispy bacon. The service is always very friendly and prompt. Never had a problem here. I like the punch card idea… use your whole punch card and you get something free. This is a great spot if you’re on the go.

This is my new favorite place! The food is delicious and the smoothies are very refreshing. It’s really hard for me to find grilled chicken that doesn’t taste dry and boring. But I must say the chicken wraps here are great!

Myself and my wife were really in the mood for a smoothie. We were driving from outeast and live in valley stream. So when we passed by it looked nice from the outside so we went in. Ordered 2 drinks with this guy, who was nice, we asked the other guy and lady who seemed to running the place if my PREGNANT wife can use the restroom. Owner, said there is no public restroom, i responded by saying «you service drinks and food, owner respond with its a take out place. Are you kidding me, my wife is pregnant, and you deny her a restroom. Not only is that insane to do as a human, but your a business owner, making the clients happy is a huge priority. not only will i not go back and spend $ 18 on 2 smoothies, but i will make sure alll of my friends and people that we know understand that here at smoothie roo café, they have no probnlem taking your money, they have a problem with allowing PREGNANT WOMEN PEE IN THERE BATHROOM.

My go to when I want a quick breakfast that I know will fill me and be good for me. I love their protein shakes and the veggie fit platter. I have filled quite a few cards here!

Pretty good, pretty tasty. It’s a nice change of pace. A wider selection of wraps and paninis would be nice but you can’t go wrong here.

Smoothies are OK but some of the staff members could be a little more polite. Just took my 2.5 year old for a smoothie and when she politely asked to use the bathroom we were rudely told that we couldn’t. Ok so no restroom for customers… I get it– but try and be a *little* more cordial when someone asks. Especially for a child. Not the first time I’ve dealt with a frosty employee there. Maybe next time I’ll wear gym attire instead of a baby bump and they will be a little more friendly.

Okay, so aside from the occasional lunk heads that walk in for a protein packed smoothie, this little place is pretty cool.
Getting into the parking lot is a pain in the arse too… but, that’s long beach road for ya.
A few tables and a small counter with a few stools along with a small cold case for salads and wraps make up the interior.
They offer berry fun smoothies, tropical smoothies, exotic smoothies, and protein shakes.
Highlights;
Berrylicious (from the berryfun section)
Pineapple pulse (from the tropical section) — I will say although very tasty there is far more strawberry than pineapple in this smoothie.
Lean body (protein shake) this has 50 g of protein — I was full for 2 days, lol
Low lights;
Too much strawberry in a few of the smoothies, it is way too overpowering especially if you are jonesing pineapple, blueberry or acai.
Prices range from 4.55 for a small size to 6.95 for a large size. (the medium is like a standard large) the large is freakin redic big!
Listen, if you are out on the road or in the area this place is great for a smoothie to go.
I tend to hit this place on the way back from the beach.
Oh they also have a punch card after 10 items punched on card you get 1 item free.
