I used to visit Macaroni Grill 2X weekly when they first opened. They were under different ownership and carried veal dishes on their menu. I stopped going regularly, however, I usually go 1X month now and always enjoy their bread and chicken dishes. The service and experience is always good. Ask to take a bread home with you!

WHAT A RIPOFF. I ordered the chicken florentine salad with extra chicken(which costs $ 3 extra). I also ordered a side of veggies($ 3 as well). When my food came out, I saw that the salad only had a few thin slices of chicken breast, about 3 oz. of chicken total. I asked the server if my salad had extra chicken or if they forgot and she said«Yes, that is extra chicken. It usually comes with three oz of chopped chicken in the salad, and with extra chicken it would be 6 oz total. I checked with the chef just to make sure, and that is 6 oz. of chicken on your salad.» There was no chicken chopped up in the salad, and there was definitely only 3 oz of chicken on that salad. The $ 3 «side of veggies» was literally TWO pieces of broccoli. Never going there again. I paid $ 6 for no extra chicken and 2 pieces of broccoli. $ 18 something with tax. What a joke. Ha! I would rather go to Chipotle and get a $ 9 salad with a real amount of protein. A girl’s gotta eat…

this place has the 7min lunch or its free. however after 1 hr 15 min i was still paying for my lunch. im not complaining, it was only 10 $ but still right? im not going to call out the waitress on how slow her service is and i want my free lunch. the food was alright but not flavorful as one would hope. granted i only had one item here so far and most of the stuff i actually wanted was 30 $+ maybe thats why it wasnt that great.

The service was awesome, thanks Josh and the trainee! Food was good, I loved the bib lettuce salad and the butternut squash tortellini! ½ price wine bottles on Thursday!

Came on a Monday night around 645. It was pretty busy but slowing down. Our waiter, Kris, was very quick to greet us and get us water. She also gave us two loaves of the amazing herb bread. I got the fettuccine Alfredo and my husband got the chicken under a brick. The fettuccine was like normal fettuccine you can get anywhere but I like it. She grated lots of Parmesan on top which is my favorite! The chicken under the brick was absolutely amazing. Chicken was moist and full of flavor. The potatoes were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Broccoli was good. Sprinkled lemon all over and it was delicious. The waitress, Kris, was very friendly and engaged in conversation with us. The food is a little spendy but it’s an enjoyable dinner every once in awhile! We’ll be back.

This is our happy hour go to place. The staff is amazing and props to Joshua, Shelby, Ilse and Matt for delivering stellar service! Our favorites: the bibb and blue salad, baked prosciutto and mozzarella appetizer and their pizza, Josh makes a fabulous Old Fashioned and Manhattan and the house wine is very good. The staff is friendly, geniune and attentive. The atomosphere is enjoyable and we always have a great time. Hope the management appreciates their terrific employees!

Came here expecting a good meal ended up with what tasted like frozen food! Mamas trio was not good! The sauce tasted a bit watered down and tasted like beer lol… Weird, the plus to this was that Casey the server was quick and courteous. Do not recommend this place your better off going to the Olive Garden …

Service was excellent even though they were near closing time. We had gotten there pretty late. Nonetheless, we were seated right away, and the server was fantastic. During dinner she came and checked on us 4 times to make sure we got everything we needed. Please come visit this restaurant sometime. The food was awesome and cooked very well.

WOW! This place exceeded our expectations! We had a WONDERFUL server named Shelby! She was perfectly attentive and also very honest about the menu items. We decided on the Mac’n’cheese bites and the spicy meatballs appetizers and the Mama’s Trio to share, which was amaze-balls! TOTALLY worth it!

Called to see if I needed a reservation, she said no. Got here, 25 minute wait. She even remembered my call and said she needed to seat everyone else first. Seriously? I am only here because I have a gift certificate. I’m thinking now I’ll just sell it and go somewhere else.

If you have never tried the Mushroom Ravioli in marsala sauce with caramelized onions: this is the place to try it! The fresh bread with olive oil, house salad and house wine served Italian family style with great entrees and servers! Alison helped make this a perfect evening. We look forward to coming back for dessert and kaffe!

My chicken parm was sooooo bad. Lol sooo rubbery I had to send it back. They made me a new one. Burnt it all to hell. Lol won’t be going back. No way. Waiter was nice and fast. Bread was good. But the food was awful.

We came here today since our original destination of Chili’s was pretty busy and we weren’t inclined to wait outside. Figuring Macaroni Grill is always a sure thing and just a walk across the parking lot, we came here anticipating good eating. The rosemary bread loaf and dish of olive oil with pepper is always a welcome sight when coming here for a meal and I found it to be as tasty as always. Unfortunately, that was about as good as it got here today. With only the tables near the bar and a couple in the dining room area being busy, service here was slower than I remember, although our server was certainly cheerful enough when she waited on us. Caesar salads were good though rather small for the extra $ 3.50 charged to add them to a meal. As for the meals themselves, I had the Pollo Caprese where the grilled chicken breast was barely scored and way too chewy for my liking as if it was undercooked. The pork chop in my wife’s Fig Marsala Pork Chop meal also seemed under cooked and rubbery. As the rating says, I’ve experienced better and this one leaves me not wanting to come back anytime soon.

Average food, poor service, overpriced drinks, and a restaurant so overstuffed with tables that it’s hard to get to your chair. Other than that, it was fine. Maybe they’re understaffed, poorly managed, or both. But after a short wait in the bar — $ 9 glass of ‘leftover tasting’ Cab and a $ 10 glass of Prosecco — we were seated in a dining room that had more tables crammed in than could be imagined. Careful moving your chair! You’re going to be bumping into the people at the next table! Our waiter didn’t even approach our table for 20 minutes — not until some kind folks at a neighboring table grabbed the guy and directed him to our slowly starving little group. «I thought you had already been waited on.» What? Things did pick up after that as our server went into apologetic overdrive. So-so food was served quickly, bread served fresh and hot. Still, just not enough positive going on here for us. We’ll look for other options next time we’re too lazy to cook.

You know that guy/girl… the one that orders fish at a steak house? A salad at a burger joint? A teriyaki bowl at Jack In The Box? Well, I confess to being the idiot that ordered the steak at the Macaroni Grill. My only defense, is that once(more than a couple of years ago), I ordered a steak(on the urging of my date) and couldn’t believe how great it was. So, the idiot that I am, I assumed the experience would be duplicated on this trip. Completely my bad and I will not even begin to rant about the meal, as it was my poor choice that opened the door to the infinite sadness that was my meal. Needless to say, I recommend staying with the pasta based offerings and hope my stupidity benefits your menu choice upon your visit to your local Macaroni Grill.

+ air conditioning + free bread + fair prices on food + variety of choices + enthusiastic waiter + plenty of parking + ample seating + clean bathrooms + mozzarella w/prosciutto and basil — slow service, no wonder they have these express meals — scallops were rubbery — shrimps were not deveined

Love this place! Been going here for a while now and it’s so fantastic with the service! Shelby, Ilse and JB are amazing!!! The rest of the staff is truly fantastic and very attentive to detail! It does get busy some nights but they are always on top of their work! Now the food! Yet have the most amazing selections here and I have yet to be disappointed! Their chicken Parmesan is amazing! And the 2 for 9.50 ?! BOmB! The peppadiu Peppers are amazing with the foduta! A couple of beers on tap and a full bar?! Yes please! The bread there is quite fantastic with the balsamic vinegar! Definitely give it a try regardless of the stars others post!

Went here today because we got an email for there buy one entrée get one entrée free. Took advantage of their express dinner too. So we paid $ 9 dinner, plus $ 8 for appetizers. Other deals they have: lunch: $ 7 meal in 7 minutes or free Dinner: $ 9 express dinner in 9 minutes or free(served to go daily and dine in as well) I took a picture of their sign by the entrance. When we walked inside it was pretty much empty with a couple at one table and what looked like a few regulars at the bar area. We didn’t see the hostess until after we decided to seat ourselves she said it was alright to sit where we want and our waitress would be at our table in a bit to take our order. Once our waitress stops by we ask her about their special because we didn’t see it on their menu’s that we received. Come to find out, we have to order our dinner through the hostess which we didn’t know(front desk).Usually if you are promoting something, the hostess or waitress asks you so they can give you the correct menu, and lead you in the right direction in the beginning. Nope, not in this case. So we go back to the front and talk with the hostess about their dinner deal, and how this whole thing works. She gave us the menu, and gave us recommendations on what’s popular. At this time we are so hungry and decide to order bread $ 2, and macaroni bites $ 6 which is not apart of the deal(it’s separate), then I order the pesto chicken and my husband the Prosciuitto & Chicken penne. My husband’s birthday is coming up and he had a coupon for a free deserrt. We got the Lemon cake so good. He had to present his id and the hostess needed to get the manager for approval to enter in the computer system. Our bill came to $ 17.28. Not bad however the service wasn’t great, other tables were getting far more attention than we did. Our waters were empty, stacks up empty plates were piled at the end of the table, we had to ask for to go boxes and our cake. I never want to come here again no matter what emails, deals or coupons we get. Terrible, I’m taking my business elsewhere and so should you.

I was here about two days ago because of their new ad for $ 7 meals under 7 minuets and $ 9 meals under 9min otherwise its FREE! So I decided to check it out and see what all the hypes about :) The décor and ambience of the restaurant is great and clean, there was not much people seated here since it was around 3:30pm on a Thursday. If you want to order off their 7-$ 9 meals, you must order right at the front desk as soon as you walk in, you are not able to order from your table. I actually timed their 7min deal and they brought it out in about 5 minuets and I was very surprised and pleased with the taste and quickness of the food. They didn’t have much options for craft beer which was a total downer, but they did offer a very special wine bottle special in which you could keep the whole bottle for $ 15. Anyways, the food was alright it was very filling, the only thing that I did not appreciate from this business that day was the way we had to order in completely different sections for foods. Other than that, its a great place to impress your family but it is also very very expensive.
