Railroad Drive In Cleaners

Been a loyal customer for years. Brought a pair of slacks in to get cleaned that had grease on them. I asked several times if they would be able to get it out and they said yes, and yes again. I get my pants back and they couldn’t get the grease out. The owner told me he never said he would be able to get it out he said he «could try» he never told me he could try cause then I wouldn’t have let them «try» to get it out, I asked if he can take the pants off the bill and he said no, thought being a loyal customer for years and years he would do it for me I’m in the service business so I know right from wrong. Anyways all in all I’ve been happy with my things from there a little over priced but I liked the service I might reconsider where u get my things cleaned now because I walked away very unhappy

Nice service. Had a coupon and thought I’d get the usual grin but it was gladly accepted. Item was done a day early as well. Great for commuters as it’s right next to the train station.

I was looking for a cleaners (as I was new to the area) and stumbled upon this one. Things started out okay (or so I thought) with a quick turnaround time from drop off to ready for pickup; plus, they e-​mail you when your clothes are available. But maybe the turnaround was so quick because the clothes are not actually cleaned! At least that was my experience. Specifically, one time, I picked up two pairs of slacks. For one pair, I literally had to break out my lint brush to get all the crap off. And for the other, there were multiple long, straight light brown hairs all along my pant legs. (My hair is black and curly.) I was disgusted, and that was it for me. Back to the drawing board of trying to find a reputable dry cleaner.
