Pick ur Junk

Off first glance, these guys arrived coming off very professional. I had them come remove a couch and chair for $ 100 and I was very happy with the prompt service, so I got a quote for them to take away some broken down roofing and a fair amount of bags of leaves, quoted for around 250. When they got here, the owner right away was stating that this time I was asking for more than was quoted. I told him no big deal, my main mission for them is to get the roofing and all the wood around that which had many rusty nails sticking out of it, I was willing to pay whatever the cost to ensure the safety of my kids after the job was done. The main reason this company was here for this job was to eliminate the hazardous wood so that my 2 boys can play in the yard without any unnecessary danger. I was absolutely disgusted by how this crew finished their job. They arrived unprepared, with no equipment to even break down the roofing, therefore making their truck considered «full» WAY faster. I live on a half acre with truck access, a professional staff would have detached their truck from the trailer to make bigger trips to their trailer, these guys make 100 wheelbarrow trips and charged me $ 320 for under 2 hours of labor between 2 guys (that’s after they give you their $ 50 discount!) Now here is the icing on the cake, the largest/​heaviest section of broken roofing was left there for me to take care of (I’m sure it was because they brought absolutely nothing to break it all down, completely unprepared), along with a wheelbarrow full of rusty nails and wood they left in my driveway for me to look at, all I got to say is you define lazy to me, and you forever lost my business.

called and they were there same day. reasonably priced. the young guy that came to do the clean up was extremely nice, professional and did a great job. will definently be calling them back next time. highly recommend this company.

Had these guys come out to our rental home today, they are great. Very professional and clean cut. Would use them again. Great job!

I had a lot of junk and trash all throughout my house for a really long time so I called a lot of the junk removals companies around San Diego and chose one called Pick Ur Junk. I’ve had multiple companies flake out on me and not show, but Pick Ur Junk came out, quoted a price, and hauled it away all in the same day. The price range they put me in was a lot lower compared to other companies throughout San Diego. Also, their time management was impeccable. They finished the job in less than an hour. I was expecting at least an hour and a half to two hours. Overall, I must say this company is excellent and gets a 5 Star from me. Highly Recommended.
