Only Solutions Cabinet Installers

We discovered Only Solutions Cabinet Installer from Unilocal,where they received excellent reviews. We are thoroughly pleased by the job they did on my mother’s kitchen remodel. Noe is a master craftsman, very knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job! He is very professional, personable, and has the highest integrity of anyone I have ever worked with in these types of projects. He installed the cabinets when he said he would, and do so very quickly, but with high quality work, and with a very reasonable price. We were so pleased that we had him do cabinets in our own house. In summary, I highly recommend Only Solutions Cabinet Installers.

I would use Noe again for any cabinet project. He is a master at his trade. From the corner details to all the cabinets. From the beginning his communication was good. The start day was delayed by one day which made us have to switch some stuff around, but when he came the following day he worked a full day. He likes to start early and leave late. He finished our project from start to finish. I have heard nightmare stories of installers starting and then leaving mid way through. Noe, was the very opposite. You could tell he wanted to get it done and get it done right. We are happy with the final outcome. There were a couple little things that needed to be addressed and Noe was willing to come back and take care of them to make sure we were happy with the project. So he stands by his work.
Side note — I have some good friends that had their cabinets installed by Noe also. They don’t Unilocal so I will speak for them. I first heard about Noe from my cabinet manufacture, Premium Cabinets. Then when I told my friends I was going to call a guy names Noe, they said that is who installed their cabinets. They had nothing but good things to say about him. So I knew at that point I was going to use him.

Noe was recommended to me through Luke at premium Cabinets, who is great. I talked to Noe on the phone and he told me he could come out and install the cabinets in 1 day for $ 1800. I asked if he could finish the drywall and install appliances as well and he agreed. He didn’t quote any additional amount for that work.
He came out and did an okay job on the drywall and mostly finished the cabinets in 2 days. He did a great job on the cabinets. I paid him for the install and $ 800 for the drywall. Then he took off for 2 weeks without installing the appliances, which I obviously really needed to be able to eat in my kitchen.
I was very upset that he didn’t put in the appliances as promised and I had to take 2 days of work and figure it out my self so that my family could eat in my kitchen.
I asked Noe multiple times to come down and install them, but since I had paid him already, he really had no incentive. He wasn’t willing to do any kind of refund either.
