On A Budget Furniture & Decor

On a search for something cool, casual, but not cheap looking, I chanced upon this store. I was hesitant initially because the website said that I can only see what’s in stock but would have to order anything else that I’m interested in. Pretty much, buying without seeing it physically. I tried it anyways. I met Ray who was very accommodating and knowledgable and what they carry. I didn’t see anything I liked in stock so he started helping me browse through their books. The office is quaint and clean. The important part about this process is that you know what you want because there are so many options. Ray helped me navigate through the books. He even got my friend interested into buying something as well!
Ordering was a breeze. He got me a good deal that I ended up canceling my order with anther furniture store. I paid about $ 200 less with these items and the best part is that delivery is free! You can also request for the furniture to be assembled for only $ 25. :)
During delivery, the customer rep was accommodating as well. They were able to narrow down the delivery time frame since I can’t be home until 4pm. When they guys arrived, they were nice and polite. The only issue we had is that there was some clerical error and the invoice didn’t mention any assembly. Apparently, last minute assembly choices means the fee will be doubled. It made sense because it kinda ruins their schedule and make them late for the next clients. I contacted Ray immediately and he was quick to fix things. We couldn’t assemble it that day but agreed to come back on Saturday without doubling the fee. Fortunately, he remembered our conversation about me needing someone to out the items together.
However, turns out that it wasn’t hard to assemble them! All we needed was the provided Allen wrench. I now have this black and faux-​marble set that totally fits in with my home décor. If I need anything else in the future, I’d go back to them in a heartbeat! Warning though, you will be charged a restocking fee if you change your mind on an item after seeing it. I decided to surprise my husband with a new sectional for our living room for Christmas. So I looked around and found the best price for what we wanted. From the first moment I spoke to them on the phone they were professional and courteous and did everything they could to make the purchasing process easy.
They ever delivered later in the the evening because we were not able to be home before 5PM. And the delivery guys were courteous and efficient and didn’t leave any mess behind!
