The employee watched me struggle with two heavy boxes from my car (which is literally right next to the door) and waited to tell me that they no longer ship out my kind of boxes as of that day. He did not even look at my boxes! How can this place call itself a postal office if it does not ship out boxes?! Horrible customer service!

Not a post office, however, all their signs and advertisement says they are. They will only ship via FED EX. Goes to show that this has never been a post office, only that it is an individually owned shop like postal annex BOOOOOOO!
