Kohl’s

Great for appliances. I returned a Krups single serve coffee maker 1 yr later because it stopped working. Returned a Mr. Coffee because this particular model kept spilling. They had a woman in the front making sure that people got on the correct line. Today, the Saturday before Christmas, was not too unpleasant despite the crowd. Good crowd control today. 20% coupon is the biggest draw to this place.

If I good give them a zero I would. Kohl’s has really burn bridges this time around because I was falsely accused of stealing a ring after I made purchases. They would not allow me to see the video, speak to my family, or defend my self they made me sign a from and they did not give me a copy. This is not over by a long shot they need to do better with there security .NOT OVER

I used to LOVE going to kohls! Everything was always affordable & there were always coupons… and if you forgot yours, most of the time someone would help you out.
I shopped at Kohls a few days ago. I spent about $ 120 on Xmas gifts. The girl who rung me up forgot to use my coupon and I didn’t realize until I got home. The coupon expired the same day I shopped. I went to customer service this evening & presented my credit card (which I’ve had for years) and the coupon as well. I’ve never had a problem until tonight. The girl stated she can’t make any adjustments without the receipt, even though they can clearly see what I purchased (as I was told) from my credit card. She told me here was nothing I can do. So what’s the point of being able to make things «easy» so they say, when it comes to returns and price adjustments? My credit card and what ever form of ID they needed wasn’t enough. I spend a lot of money at Kohls and pay everything on time & never had a bad thing to say until today. I’m debating canceling my credit card for there.

Over the years the store was open, we’d shop there for tee and polo shirts, casual clothing, bathing suits and on occasion small appliances like a coffee maker [which was so poorly made we returned it the same day of purchase], household items, etc. We liked their Kohl’s dollars. The last time we were in the store, my wife bought a number of items and with the Kohl’s dollars discount the net tab was nearly $ 100. She decided to return an item so we went back to the store for a refund. Because of store policy, we were charged back for the use of the Kohl’s dollars so we did not get a full refund despite the balance of the remaining purchase was well over $ 50 and still qualified for the full Kohl’s dollars discount. We spoke to the store manager and he said, that’s store policy. Well Kohl’s, our policy is to shop elsewhere.

I love shopping at Kohls and tend to do more online than in the store for good reason. The lines are always long, the staff are never helpful and I can rarely find what I need in my size. I don’t even want to mention the return line as it is always out of control. Take my advice and just shop online.

If I could give this store ZERO stars, I would simply do it for the makeup dept alone. My 6 yr old niece and I were waiting for my mother to pay for items at the front registers. As we waited, I took my niece to the makeup section and she asked if she could hold the tester makeup brush and brush it against her hand. It was a tester so I didn’t think it was a big deal. And it wasn’t like she was opening up real makeup boxes and ruining valuable products. As I looked away for a few seconds to see where my mother was on line, the makeup worker walked up to my niece and grabbed the brush out of her hand without even saying one word! HOW RUDE! My niece was so stunned she didn’t even know what to say. I walked over to my niece and without addressing the lady, I clearly stated LOUDLY. it’s ok for you to take another brush as long as it’s a tester. We are the customer. Don’t let anyone treat you like that without even telling you if you’re doing something wrong. I stared at the worker and she didn’t say one word. Maybe if she addressed my niece politely that it’s not a toy, maybe that would have made a difference. But to be physically nasty to a 6 yr old… Well, you can bet I will tell all my friends this story and I will never shop there again.

Went to Kohl’s to return a shirt in exchange for store credit; upon entering the store, the store greeter didn’t say a word, just stared at me and my cousin. We walked to the customer service and browsed through a few items before we reached the back and we were being followed as if we were trying to steal something. After exchanging the shirt, we went to the cosmetics section and was greeted by Betty, she was very helpful and nice. She’s the only person who made our experience pleasant. Unless I’m buying cosmetics, I don’t think I’d return to this store.

REALLY !!! The return line is out of control in the Oceanside store, dose the store manager on duty not See this? It’s after Christmas when returns are going to happen this is totally not accept !!! Some one needs to WAKE UP!!! make some of the registers in the front of the store return ready …

We were on vacation and my wife forgot to pack some comfortable clothes.
So, we found this Kohl’s near where we were staying and got more than we bargained for.
My wife found all the items she needed and we received great service from a Kohl’s team member named Kevin.
I forgot to go online and if I find the receipt I will but did not want his great customer service go un noticed.
In a very crowded and hectic store on a Saturday morning he was calm and cool and being a example of why we will go back to Kohl’s.

This Kohl’s location is one of my least favorites, but it’s the one that is nearest and dearest to my heart. The customer service line is always long, but the deals are always plentiful.

I normally don’t shop at Kohls but i’ve been to many different Kohl’s with friends and my mom and I must say this is the best Kohl’s i’ve been to. It relatively organized, clean and bright.
One thing I didn’t like so much is their staff. Most seem to be grumpy when people ask them for help. Hmmm I wonder whey they are there then.

This is my favorite Kohl’s store. It is nice enough yet still down to earth and usually provides an enjoyable shopping experience. Some Kohl’s are not in the greatest area and shopping there can be no fun. Others think they are the Bloomigdales of Kohl’s stores and come off highly pretentious.
So I like this store. Staff are usually very helpful and friendly — except once — but I never saw that lady again.
They take back like anything — for any reason — even without a reason.
Parking is convenient and they have other stores like Waldbaum’s & Michael’s & Bed, Bath, an Beyond & Pet Supplies Plus in the same shopping lot.
Amazing clearence and sales deals — and coupons too!!!
My go to Kohl’s!
