Jamba Juice

Third time they are out fruit, previously it was blueberries or bananas. Today it was both. They only let you know once you paid, sat, and then they informed you ! Not coming back !

we can have enough smoothies at this place. it was bogo weekend. its needs to happen during the summer when its very hot and humid. so we need the deal again this weekend.

I didn’t expect much for an acai bowl here, but I’m pretty impressed. The other day, I worked through my lunch break and by the time I wanted to grab lunch, the café in the building was closed, so I came here for a smoothie.
I saw the Acai bowl and ended up getting that, a banana and the carrot orange fusion smoothie. I have to say, it was very filling and I could hardly finish my smoothie after eating the acai bowl.
Best of all, I was able to satisfy my sweet tooth without going too crazy.

After a sweaty hike at Lake Calavera not too far from this Jamba Juice store, my friend and I hobbled in for some much needed hydration. Well, okay, I hobbled in while he coolly entered like an inexhaustible king of the jungle.
Our smoothies were refreshing and sweet. I feel like this store is somewhere I’d be more likely to grab smoothies to go rather than hang out and slurp on here. Sometimes, other locations have more appealing surroundings than this more plain-​looking shopping plaza.
One nice thing is that there’s tons of parking available in the lot.

This is the only Jamba I will go to. I have two different shops I pass on my way to and from work but, I will only go to this one. I walk into the store and Heather the manager greet me by name and start making my drink. The morning crew, know me by name and always ask me which drink I would kike to have. (They really know my drinks, lol come in so much.)
Sonetime, they ask me to try something different and Mat gives me great suggestions.
These guys, are friendly, funny, respectable and do care if you like your drink or not because they will make it so you will be happy. I almost forgot, I am allergic too some fruits and they know to substitute the ingredient and make sure they don’t use machines that have been in contact with these fruits. Now, how many places you can go to get a drink to your liking and service with a smile.

Customer service could be better. I bought a groupon and they couldnt redeem it over 2 times. The smoothie was good but wished they would actually call customer service if there is some problem like the one I had so that we could figure out what the problem was. They also werent really knowledgable even about the description or stipulations of the groupon. They even had the nerve to tell me that it was something corporate worked out with groupon and that they didnt have anything to do with it (thereby, I guess, excusing their unfamiliarity with the groupon).
We finally got it working as u could only use it with certain types of smoothies. In addition, the groupon allowed up to a certain maximum value which would allow for a large sized smoothie but several times, they tried to only give me a medium sized smoothie.

So I definitely have to update my rating for this location because this time around I got such excellent service and everyone was fantastic!
I have literally been obsessed with Chunky Strawberry and refuse to try anything else because it’s honestly that good! I’ve had it a few times before, but if believe this time around they’ve perfected the creation! Of course I get strange looks when I show them the exact image of what I want, which is a thick (almost like ice cream consistency) Chunky Strawberry in a cup, however with group effort, they perfected my creation.
Step 1: Less Soy Milk.

Step 3: Blend Blend BLEND
Voila! My masterpiece which was an Instagram food worthy picture also tasted amazing! I know I can be difficult because I know what I want, but the ladies there that day were patient and honestly trying to make an effort instead of just blowing me off! Plus I also believe in the value of redemption and they redeemed themselves!

This Jamba is MUCH closer to my house than the one I typically frequent off of Vista Way by the Carlsbad mall, yet this location just doesn’t sit with me as well as the other.
The drinks and eats are just as yummy as can be though!
It’s far more spacious inside, which definitely lends itself to a nicer flow of people traffic when the crowds picks up. Fortunately, I’ve never seen this Jamba too out of control, I think the cozy corner of the shopping center it’s in helps quite a bit. Back to the interior aspects, I like that there is sort if a «side section» where you can sit and enjoy some seclusion: a more intimate simply drink or study session, whether solo or accompanied by others.
The costumer-​to-​employee connection isn’t the strongest here. On occasion associates behind the counter will be far more engaged in conversations with each other than with me… as I’m ordering. It’s cool by me (although, here I am writing about it) but I’ve been too spoiled by a Jamba where I am conversed with while buying my Jamba favorite (s). They also aren’t as enthusiastic about he Jamba rewards program here. (Love me the Jamba Insider rewards!)
If you need to get your Jamba fix, this isn’t a bad place to bring yourself to. It’s alright.

Lately I’ve been on a serious smoothie kick and I love that this one is so close by to where I live and work. The employees are always incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a genuine smile. The banana berry smoothie with a vitamin C + zinc boost was a lifesaver when I was sick recently. The aloha pineapple is delish as well. If you’re lucky you may pick the unadvertised special of the month and get it for a considerably lower price :)
The only reason Jamba isn’t worth 5 stars to me is because it amazes me how much they can charge for a smoothie — it’s almost tempting to make a seriously unhealthy decision to grab a Starbucks frappuccino for less $ instead. Good thing I worked there and know what’s in ‘em! Jamba Juice it is!

Every time I come here I feel like their smoothie consistency is off. I usually get the same smoothie but its seems as though the sweetness is always different. I do love their carrot juice.

Normally I wouldn’t walk out of a Jamba Juice thinking about the service, but this location deserves notice! VERY friendly crew! Not to mention, the perfectly made custom Aloha pineapple with no strawberries! :)

This was my first time coming to this location. The workers greeted us at the door with a seasonal pumpkin smoothie sample. Which was delicious I must say. You cant really go wrong with a nice smoothie from Jamba Juice. I had them make a banana yogurt smoothie for my daughter and she love it.

How can you go wrong with blended fruit drinks? Yummy delicious and always with a nice, happy staff. Try the Caribbean Passion, its my fave.

The last 2 times I went to this location and got a smoothie, it tasted like water. I think they’re using too much ice and not enough fruit. It gets really frustrating when you’re expecting a nice refreshing fruit drink and all you really taste is ice. I’m going to any other JJ location from now on, cause this one sucks.

I LOVE JAMBA JUICE!
To me, this location was no different from the others. The service and quality seemed consistent with the other locations.

My boyfriend and i came in to the store last week and victoria was working register. Not only did she just stare at us and give us dirty looks but she expected us to make the first word. Worst customer service ive ever received, she needs a massive attitude adjustment. And it really annoyed me how the other girl didnt repeat my order back to me, i have allergies to some fruit and do not want it mistakenly mixed into my drink. I will not come back to this store.

Came here with Andy H. for a quick, refreshing JJ run. We had a BOGO and decided to try a couple items off the «secret menu». The employees are friendly, and answered our questions to several menu items.
We opted to try the Red Gummi and the Strawberry Shortcake ($ 4.10 with BOGO). I found the RG to be really tart, but after settling was very good. The SS was de-​lish and would def order it again.
Convenient location and ample parking. Bathrooms really need to be updated/​cleaned… UGH…

And the way they make it at this location is Heavenly
I’ve had the orange dream and im not a fan of creamsicles which is what it reminds me of. If ur a fan-​then GET it.
The Mango A-​go-​go is delicious as well
