In-N-Out Burger

Went the other day, the fries were not as typical picture perfect as they occasionally are but still… animal style is the way to go.
However they might be getting charged on the cheese and everything for animal style cuz I can see my fries. Moooooore cheeeeese.

The food is ok. But the wait time makes the whole experience terrible. Again, my rating isn’t saying anything bad about the food… the food is fine. But the service is horrible. Anytime I come here, there’s a line – which implies that people love the experience here. I think I would eat here more often if I didn’t have to wait so long. From the time I order my food, until the time I actually get my food is usually about 15 – 20 minutes. The longest o have waited has been over 45minutes. You would think that a place this popular would employ more people so that your max wait time would be 10 minutes (which is acceptable for «fast food»). Again, please don’t take this rating as a jab at the food because the food is really good. But the service is aweful!

I never thought I’d see the day that I was so sorely disappointed about my food from In-​N-​Out. Up until now, they could do no wrong but I had my first negative experience the other day.
My coworker went to pick up a quick, inexpensive lunch and I asked her to grab me some fries and to ask for them «a little extra crispy». Upon her arrival, instead of finding my beautiful, golden, slightly crisp fries at the bottom of the bag, I found disgusting matchstick-​like potatoes that more resembled sweet potato fries in color. They were BURNT to a crisp with absolutely zero fluffy potato left in the center, obviously left in the fryer and forgotten about, and then shoveled into a cardboard tray and put at the very bottom of the bag to hide their mistake.
I even tried pawning them off to other coworkers but one fry in and everyone rejected the sad pile of greasy, crispy straws. They ended up in the trash. Shame on you, fryer operator at In-​N-​Out :(

Don’t have a review, just a simple comment. Compared to the McD’s, BK’s etc, the employees are wonderfully nice! Always!
With that being said, I want to say «Thank You» to Emma, Bailey, and it was another lady at the last window who gave me my order, didn’t get her name, but thank you too. You all are awesome!

I love In-​N-​Out Burger and their fries and pink lemonade is great! Wonderful service! I thought the cashier, Emma was a cutie. Loved her grin! Wish I could take her out to a movie since right now it’s raining for El Niño! Then we could cuddle up and stay warm! Anything is possible! Right? :)

I just don’t get it or understand why so many people like the burgers here. I can list several other burger spots that are better than In and Out. I have given In and Out multiple times to impress me and I even went to different locations in the county. I really don’t want to bash this spot but I’m not a fan at all and I’m done giving them chances.
Let me say that I’ve never had an issue with the service or never have I gotten sick here. My issue is the taste of the burger and I know what it is that I don’t like which is that special sauce. Also the hamburger meat isn’t that tasty to me. So let me name a few burger places that I feel is better than the burgers here. Ty’s Burger House, Red Robin, The Flying Pig and even Burger King.
I used to think that whenever you see a long line at a restaurant the food must be good. Well that could be but in my opinion the food here isn’t that great.

I think one of the requirements to work here is a caffeine or speed addiction or something. Ever notice how fast those kids talk to you while taking your order? Wowza. Anyway, I just love In-​N-​Out. Can’t go wrong.

Being a Southern California native, in n out will always be my first choice when it comes to fast food! If there’s one word to describe this place I’d probably have to go with ah-​friggin-​mazing!!!
You can’t really go wrong ordering from here, everything is fresh, tasty and inexpensive. Their basic menu is my favorite compared to other fast food chains. I love the simplicity-​burger or cheeseburger or double double comes with fries and a drink! That’s it! I mean you can go extreme with the secret menu but if you’re a plain Jane diner like myself, the classics rule. One thing I do like to do is order my burger animal style though, they add their delicious secret sauce and grilled onions… makes the burger that much better.
Their milkshakes are simple yet very tasty! Chocolate, strawberry or vanilla. I’m a sucker for a strawberry shake but they can do a Neapolitan shake for the indecisive type too. Ha.
This specific location is always well maintained! Great job employees! Maybe just check on the outside trash bins faster than usual. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Who doesn’t love In-​N-​Out? And like all of them, this one is busy like… ALL the time!
Food and service is good like every In-​N-​Out I’ve ever been to. If it wasn’t so crowded all the time I would go there more often.

This In N Out location is the closest one to the residence I have been staying at for the last few months. As a kid originally from the Far East (Asia, more specifically South Korea) and also the East (DMV, more specifically Virginia), In N Out truly is all the hype and more. The following review reflects my cumilitive experience at this particular location, as well as how it compares with the others I had been into.
Of the times I have gone into the restaraunt, it is ofcourse very clean, and the staff are friendly beyond the fast food standard, and possibly beyond the In N Out standard. But typically I’m a drive thru guy. The drive thru boasts the typical In N Out line, but thats a given at any location. That being said, this line is actually quite speedy and the wait time isn’t that long. This In N Out is nowhere near as packed as ones in LA, and even though it looks similar to the ones closer to SD, it seems to move at an accelerated rate.
The food itself is great. I mean, it’s In N Out. But it definitely is beyond fast food expectations, and considerably more fresh/​warm tasting than some of the busier or slower In N Out.
There’s a rule where you can’t give them bills bigger than a 20 past 10 pm. Unfortunately, I hadn’t known once. The staff was kind enough to hold it for me and wait for me to return from a near by store to break my bill!
Great service. Great food. And great turn around time. May not be your McDonald’s speed, but for In N Out its pretty dang fast. Its humble looks and the gang of blonde high school girls hanging out in the parking lot truly must be tools used to keep this gem a little more seclusive.

I have been frequenting this establishment since I was in high school. Not once did I ever have an order that was messed up. Tonight however, I found a HAIR IN MY ANIMAL STYLE FRIES. Sorry, In n Out, but NOT coming back.

You never get bad service or bad food at In N Out. I know that I am speaking for the majority of In N Out fans that the only sigh moment is the wait at the Drive-​Thru window. But, we all know it’s worth the wait.
So great service, great food, today short wait.

Who doesn’t love in and out! I’ll take a double double with a chocolate shake any day! To this day their chocolate shakes are one of my favorites! This location isn’t too crowded which I really love and it’s the closest one to my house!
The staff has always been really friendly and it’s always clean!

In N Out is another one of those places that never lets you down!
Not knowing where to eat in the area, we were hungry and In N Out always fills the need.
Fantastic service, they ALWAYS get our order right, no matter how much or how complicated, its always spot on perfect.
Super clean, line was long but moved quickly.
In as well as Outdoor parking as well as a drive thru, great lunch while in the area!

I come to In-​N-​Out with my daughter a couple of times a month. It’s the only burger place we go to anymore. The quality is really good, the place is always spotless, and the service is top-​notch. No wonder the place is always packed! And they don’t even advertise!

I love the freshness and taste of the burgers & fries. I’ve tried them all, 5 Guys, steak & shake, red robbin, & none of them compare to In-​n-​Out. The fries and meat are always fresh and they’re actually affordable and not pricey

This In-​N-​Out Burger is the closest one to my work so I usually visit it about twice a month or so it seems the past few months. As any In-​N-​Out, the food is always great and very consistent.
If you’ve lived in the Southern California area, I don’t have to give you any introduction to this place. It’s pretty much been a staple of California for as long as I can remember. They do offer the best fast food burgers and the price is one that you can’t beat.
Service at this location has always been prompt. They did mess up on my order the last time though. I ordered a protein style burger on my lunch break and was in a bit of a rush. They gave me a regular cheeseburger yet offered to give me a protein one but I just didn’t have enough time to wait so the extra calories were consumed. My bad. haha

In and Out is always a slam dunk! Food is bomb as always. Last time we went, I had to go back in line to get another burger, lol! One just wasn’t enough. The burgers are always sooo good. The quality is the best. Menu is simple easy for me to order. (Simple is of great value to me cause life can be crazy, haha)
The service is great with the best and brightest it seems. Always fully staffed. It does get quite busy at times, to the point that I’m concerned we might not have a seat. But that hasn’t happened yet.
As a Christian myself I always appreciate the scriptures under the cups and fries. And with this particular location if you eat too much don’t worry, there’s a 24 hour fitness right next door!
I will always enjoy In and Out! :))

I like stopping at this location of In-​n-​Out because it’s slightly less less busy that the other locations in San Diego. The food is fresh, the people are nice and everything’s pretty much the same as other locations but they seem faster. There is also a TON of parking in this parking lot so that makes it easier to get in and out of (compared to the Carlsbad or Encinitas locations).
Watch your hands in the bathroom though. The water goes from normal temperature to molten lava in about .3 seconds.

We decided to have In-​N-​Our for lunch. This location is in the same shopping center as 24 Hour Fitness and CVS off the 78 highway before College Blvd. This burger place has been for years, and it’s as popular as ever.
We drove in and decided to go inside rather than deal with the long line at the drive thru. Wrong decision. Totally too longer!!! We ordered a double double, 2 protein style burgers with no salt, a chocolate milkshake and fries.
Yes we took our meals to go since it was so crowded inside.
Note: If you’re even a little lactose intolerant, definitely skip the milkshake!
