Terrible! Stay away! We had a new refrigerator put in our Motor home. It is not level, and has never worked. When we tried to speak with the owner he was drunk and abusive. $ 1200. Gone! We had to have the entire job redone including a new refrigerator. SonRise RV in Escondido. They were wonderful and completely professional :-)… Happy Traveling :-)

Horrible customer service! Owner, named Sue is the rudest person! She hung the phone up on me. twice! We r in Carlsbad camping, bought a $ 100 pump from her, she said we could just call her if we had issues… well, we did, the problem wasn’t the pump! We IMMEDIATELY called back to let her know that we needed to return it, willing to pay a re-​stocking fee. she refused! And was SO rude about it! I don’t know how she stays in business! So we’re out $ 100 and have a Brand New pump we don’t need! What a lousy place of business, Don’t EVER go there! Choose another shop where they’re not hard up for money and will treat customers fairly and w respect!
