Aka KOXO where the owner stole $ 50,000 plus in credit card info from clients at Home Depot, as per Newsday. This place has long since closed down since I went there and luckily, purchased my 10 sessions through Groupon so I’m safe, but anyone who was a member here at any point in time and not through Groupon should check their credit card statements carefully and contact Nassau County police if you think there might be fraud.

A lawyer teaching karate and advertising it as kickboxing… Need I saw anything other than runnnnnnn far far away. Owner is rude, arrogant and truly knows nothing about kickboxing or the difference between the two. I would give 0 stars if it was possible.

We tried a 10-class program with the Freestyle Martial Arts Academy for $ 300 through our local daycare facility. Not well organized. For example, they cashed our check but failed to include my kids in what would have been their first class(whoops!). Having 10 years of training myself(5 years as a teacher), I know there’s only so much you can impart on young ones. Still, I was not at all impressed with Freestyle Martial Arts Academy. I wouldn’t enroll my kids here again even if it were free. 1 star operation. Gave it 2 stars for trying.
