Eye Site Optometric

Walked in off the street as I needed glasses and like to support my local independent businesses whenever I can. But it seemed like the front office woman was not at all very patient. I felt rather rushed and she spoke really fast to me and had to tell her to slow down as I could hardly understand her accent anyway. She was not at all very accommodating and strangely there was only one other customer in the shop. Unfortunetely I don’t believe I will return as the front desk woman does not know what good customer service is despite the good reviews previously written for Dr. Sherman.

Dr. Sherman is patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommended!
The only bad experience I’ve had at Eye Site was that it was inexplicably closed during business hours when I went to pick up my contacts. A minor inconvenience.

I would definitely agree with the other review for Dr. Sherman. He is amazing! Really takes him time with his patients and shows compassion.
The ONLY negative is Sandy in the front desk. She is EXTREMELY short on patience and doesn’t know what good customer service is. My family has been going here for years and it’s definitely because of Dr. Sherman. If he had better front office staff, he would be much better off!

LOVE this Doctor! Have been going to him for years and referred him to several people. As the last reviewer commented the front office is not overly friendly, a little harsh I would say however the last time I was in they were very nice. I did receive a reminder call this year and got a postcard reminding me to make my appointment which is very helpful. Overall worth getting past the front office staff to see the doctor. If I were just rating the doctor he gets way above 5 stars!

I would give Dr. Sherman a 5 star review BUT the people that work in the front are not as awesome as he is. If I could give them a star rating it would be ½ a star.
They really just do not care about customer service, though the Dr. does it is not reflected in the front of the office. If you make an appointment you must wright it down because you will not get a call to remind you that you have an appointment. They do take VSP but will often tell you that you are not covered because they are looking under a different persons name. I have been going ti Eye Site for 4 years and have updated my info 4 different times and it is never correct when I go in.
SO please be aware that the Dr. is awesome but the people that work up front not so much
