Drains 4 Less

Boss man came in — greeted me with a smile which was remarkable as most plumbers don’t have great customer service. It was a 2 man job and they were prompt with their service. Miguel even took time to explain the drainage and water system and how clogs can form. They’re part of a service from my apartment management and I’ll be looking forward to have their service when I have my own residence.

The only reason I am giving 1 star is because I have to. I am sorry to have to say that Miguel at Drains 4 less is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with, and I deal with them all day long as the manager of all building maintenance for a couple offices.
He has made 3 appointments with us to come in and fix an issue with the plumbing in our office bathrooms, and all 3 times he has not shown up, with no call to let us know he wasn’t coming, no call afterwards apologizing for completely flaking on his commitments. Our fault for giving him a second and third chance to work with us. We will not make that mistake again.
I do not recommend this plumber at all, clearly he does not need the money or work enough to make his appointments. STAY CLEAR!
