Bummer. I order like 3 – 4 times a week because I’m a single father and my daughters do a lot of activities. So pizza delivery is simple.
So I order chicken with dipping sauces and they forgot my sauces. No big deal if you come back in 5 minutes with my sauces.
So they never show up with the sauces now my chicken is cold and the response is
«Well I can give you $ 5 credit on your next order». Great offer but the chicken was $ 11.68 +delivery + tax
How about get me hot food with a complete order???
Their response is «we didn’t screw up the order, just forgot the sauces». «You will have to rebuy your order»
Now I know there is new math in schools but how is this helping me out? Probably want to keep those managers working during the weekends dominos you will keep clients instead of loosing them

Forgot my 2 liter which it happenes but when I called the store, the gentleman who didn’t say his name was rushing me off the phone, that’s extremely rude. I’m a manager for a retail store and I found it very unprofessional. Food was good though just wasn’t happy with the service.

I went there last night and ordered over the phone I asked for Fire Wings and fire hot sauce so when I got home I opened the box it was just plain… seriously how hard is it to take a order? You guys always ruin my orders and I wasted my money on nasty plain wings

Says we get a free lava cake if we check in. Showed it to them and they said they don’t do it here. When it clearly shows they do and it’s the exact store listed.

This place is deluxe! Dominos has stepped it up! The pizza is really good. The store is clean and the staff is quick and blunt. I ordered and picked up within 20 minutes. I will definitely be back!

We ordered a grip of pizzas and asked for water. They refused to give my family water. Even prisoners, despite being the most vile of bastards, are given water. This place obviously doesn’t give damn about their customers, with even the most basic of restaurant etiquette. I’ll go to a place that appreciates my business (and gives water).

Telephone service friendly, driver excellent. Food terrible.
I requested that the wings be cooked for extra time; they weren’t even cooked to the point of being done. Bacon chicken ranch sandwiches, which I have ordered many times before the location changed, less than impressive with not much chicken or flavor. Disappointed.

Worst service ever! Call to place an order at 950… They say they are not accepting any more orders as they are closed for pick up orders… Then hang up on me… I call back to speak to manager she swears and hangs up again… I will NEVER EVER order another dominos pizza again in my life and I will address this up with their headquarters… Then they wonder why this location has terrible reviews… Management and the workers at this location are so rude! Stay away you have been warned

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called and ordered a pizza over the phone and paid with a card and they said it would should be on its way shortly. Once the delivery man got to my shop to deliver he said it wasn’t paid for and that he’d have to come back once he got everything figured out… I said no your not taking my pizza away I don’t know what your going to do with it yet he still drove off. Then I called and said to just cancel the order and they did. Then I hear someone yelling my name at the back of my shop and it’s the delivery guy asking me if I still want my pizza! I told him he was trespassing and to leave and that I didn’t want to pizza and he wouldn’t leave! Never again will I order from there

Wouldn’t deliver to our house even though it’s the closest Domino’s Pizza. I guess our address is covered by another Domino’s Store. They wouldn’t even deliver when our assigned delivery store’s ovens were broken. Anyone with brains can figure out that it’s not good for business to refuse business. It’s called critical thinking & Domino’s Pizza does not have it.

This place absolutely sucks. Completely because cause of the staff. Ordered food online and after an hour it still hadn’t arrived, when i called to see what was up I was told they didn’t even know where the driver was. The online order tracker showed that my food had been done for 50 min. Mind you i live barely over a mile from this places. Called back a second time and canceled the order, still no sign of the driver or food. Carmines is right around the corner, better pizza and WAY better service.

I came here to buy a couple of pizzas. It was 11 pm and I was driving back to Los Angeles. I was told that they’re closed for Carry outs. Then I was told that they would only deliver to a home address. All while having a negative demeanor. One of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

OK pizza but they usually over do it with the sauce and seasoning on the crust. I order mine with light sauce and easy on the seasoning. Two topping pick up pizza is only $ 6 so you really can’t beat the price. Check in on Unilocal’s app to get a free lava cake!

As far as pizza goes Its a-​ok. Not as cheap as lil ceaz and definitely tastes better! They do go a lil overboard with the buttery garlic sauce they slap on the crust.
Delivery is always on time and Its fun to watch the Metallica delivery tracker!
Today I placed an order online and received my meal with in 15 min Delivered!
I also like that you now can order sandwiches and other fun stuff.
Not the best pizza in the world but a good way to spend 25 $ bucks
