Crystal Catering

I cannot say enough good things about Crystal Catering! I contracted with this company to provide food, services and rental equipment for my only daughter’s wedding last Saturday. I needed guidance, I needed quality, I needed professionalism. I didn’t have time to fiddle around, either. :) Ruth at Crystal Catering took me in hand, and with full attention and experience, made suggestions, came up with good ideas, explained my choices clearly… Ruth truly should have been my wedding planner. Ruth even came to work during her vacation to check in with me and make sure all my last minute details were taken care of satisfactorily! That I would not expect anyone to do!
The food was delicious! I especially recommend the Hawaiian Meatballs (oh the aroma as you walk by!) and the Kalua Pork, and the Pineapple Chicken, and the Strawberry Spring Salad, oh, and my guests just RAVED about the Fresh Peach Ice Tea!
I must mention Crystal Catering’s onsite manager Christina, who is amazing! She not only made sure everything ran smoothly, that everything was clean as a whistle, and that everyone had what they needed, she extra saved my bacon when I returned late to the venue before the start, and the tables were not decorated. Christina took charge and had the centerpieces and favor baskets on the tables quick as a wink, and I didn’t even ask her! Christina was wonderful.
I used the complete services of Crystal Catering including the food, the servers, the linens, tables, etc., and dance floor… my ONLY regret is that I didn’t also use their bartender. Throw a party, use this company, have them do the full hot order, you will have the best time in your life. THANK YOU Crystal Catering!!!

Crystal Catering was referred to me by a friend. I was pleasantly delighted by the more than cordial staff and the quality of the food. I booked these guys with short notice and they totally exceeded my expectations. They set up quickly, the food was hot and fresh, the staff as I earlier stated was totally accommodating and dressed to impress. With all of this they still came in under my budget so I have to give them 5 stars and will definitely spread the word that they provide a great service with great value. =)
