I went here on Ash Wednesday and had seafood. I must say I was quite impressed with the food. The food was very flavorful and the prices were not bad at all. I got a shrimp cocktail and my boyfriend had a shrimp taco and shrimp burrito. The cocktail was very good along with the shrimp taco, the shrimp burrito was missing something. The owner or cashier was very nice although did not talk much. This location is one that you order and pay first.

So far everything I have ordered is excellent. The owner/cook is but skimpy on meat or the cheese like some places can be.

Excellent food and lots of choices. So many different and interesting options I’ve never seen at other Mexican restaurants. The owner is very friendly and personal, and he’s happy to make off menu or special orders if you just ask. Plus, great pricing. I come here all the time now.

The burritos are excellent here! The breakfast burrito is definitely a steal. The flour tortillas taste pretty authentic. The salsa is also delicious… try the green salsa for some spicy stuff.

Average burrito place. California burrito is a little salty, but their machaca is wonderful. AND gosh, what a steal that breakfast burrito is clocking in at $ 3! So why not an average 3 star rating? Here’s why: 1. This is a great spot– it’s one of the last burrito places before you hit camp pendleton(well i guess there are a couple places off mission… if you pass that, you’re screwed) that you can get a california burrito– once you leave the county, california burritos no longer exist. 2. Their hot green salsa– not your typical salsa verde that is more sour than hot… not it’s slightly creamy and has a really nice kick. Each of those things substantiate a half star to me. So we shall give it a full 4 stars!

Their breakfast burrito is excellent for just $ 3.00 only. This is better a lot than $ 6.00 breakfast burrito at Angelo, s burger joints. Also, their carnita is soft and juicy in taco, burrito and chimichanga but I prefer tasty chimichanga for dinner! Their carnita got big imrpoved now than my last time visitation. I will try out their other seafoods next time. This taco shop is authenticity Sinola, Mexican. No phony taco shop. The middle age mexican chef may be little grumpy man but he deserved my respect for his incredibly cooking and he always washed his hands before he starts cooking. I will never eat at any Roberto, s and Alberto, s and wannabe Roberto /Alberto joints again.

Start with the salsa that tastes like it has sugar in it. No spice at all. I cannot believe that they served this to me on this dirty plate. This picture is an altered! It looks like a dog ate half of It in the back and they threw it on a plate. The fish taco is just a fish stick with cabbage. Unbelievable! ! Two thumbs down :(

Hate to write a review here because it’s my best kept secret… Fish tacos are great. Al pastor is great. Shrimp burrito is great. Service is great. Nothing is overpriced. This is the best authentic Mexican spot in Oside.

Was looking for a breakfast burrito in Oceanside and this came up on Unilocal. We were the only ones there on a Sunday afternoon but it was a great experience. Delicious breakfast burrito. He was friendly, took care into making it, and washed his hands right before handling any of our food. He then brought it out on a glass plate instead of paper. Because of this, I hope this place does well!

We get breakfast burritos here from time to time. Super cheap and they’re good sized! $ 2.50 egg, bacon, potato breakfast burrito. I’ve not had anything else here so I can’t comment on the rest of the menu but if it’s as good as the breakfast I’m sure it’s awesome. Their salsa selection is good too.
