Poetry saved my hair. It had been bleached over a relaxer and was struggling. I’m half white and half black and it’s hard to find someone to give me a touch up without driving an hour and a half to my old stylist. My hair has never been healthier and the price is totally reasonable!

So i have been in Southern Cali for a few months now. Some people may know there aren’t MANY beauty salons or businesses in general near Oceanside that specialize in African-​American hair/​products/​style etc… I came in to see Ms. Poetry (by appt but walk-​ins are welcomed!!) I was MORE THAN PLEASED with her service and skill! Going into a new salon for me is a HUGE deal! She uses products that i recognized and she answered EVERY question that I had. I felt a sigh of relief after i saw the finished product. Poetry now has a client for life!

I’ve been looking for somebody that REALLY knows how to do natural hair in Oceanside, not somebody that just thinks they do. Poetry hooked my hair up. It looks so much healthier now. She is a miracle worker!
