I went here about a month ago. I had an appointment, I was taken right away. The staff was friendly and efficient. My hair was great and lasted me a couple of days. I have another appointment coming up with my same girl she was great. I would say give this place a shot. The price was good too.

My experience was even worse than the two previous reviews. I was given a young, sweet stylist to blow out my hair. She clearly was not experienced in blowing out curly hair(which i find odd for a place which labels itself a blow dry bar). What my regular stylist could do in twenty minutes, she couldn’t even do in an hour. When the owner saw I was dissatisfied she came over, told me my hair looked great and that the stylist is very experienced and highly recommended. Then as she investigated further, she could no longer deny that my hair was improperly blown out. Rather than wash and redo my hair, she simply took a flat iron to my head. She also offered for me to come in another day to have another stylist do my hair. I was still not satisfied with the way my hair looked. I wanted her to make it look like it does when I get my hair blown out at ANY other salon(i have been to many on long island). She was then insulted that i didn’t like her or her stylists work. She yelled at me and told me I could get out. She didn’t want my business. She basically threw me out of her salon. I was shocked! I have never been treated like that at any other salon! I have had my hair blown out at places that are very small like Leonardo’s in RVC, and places that are very large like Nubest in Manhasset. I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully BYTHEOWNER! I wouldn’t step foot in this establishment again, and I recommend that you do not either!

Decided to «walk-in» for a blowout. No one @ the front desk, one woman in the chair, oddly getting extensions in a blow bar, the stylist performing the extensions„ «Can you wait ten minutes.» Hey, I was a walk-in, «of course.» Ten minutes became more like 20 and suddenly when the stylist realizes she didn’t have the appropriate«needle» to complete the extensions, «the client» jumps out of the chair and tells me to have a seat at the sink, So let’s review, I waited nearly 20 minutes watching one stylist work on another. Clearly customer service is a non-issue here. While washing my hair, discussion continued as to where to get the prior mentioned needle. My wash took about 15 minutes, not because it was thorough, but because tit was interrupted by cell phones and texts that the former client/now shampoo person was receiving. Finally, I am seated in a chair and another stylist, who apparently went home to get her tools, mysteriously appears to perform the blow out. I would compliment her work, but she never introduced herself, nor did anyone else. Come to think of it, no one asked me name either. Nice way to build a following ladies. After all this fabulous service, I had to wait at the desk to pay– the stylists were in a conference to discuss where to procure the tool to complete the extensions. Even on your worst hair day– don’t.
