My house was built in 1742. It has a hand-​dug cellar, and a series of small additions have been cobbled on over the years, creating odd angles and connections. It’s a challenge to figure out the real source of most problems, and then it takes some ingenuity to figure out how to address them.
Mike provided sensible, clear advice and explanations, and followed that with good work at a fair price. He’s also tidy, reliable, pleasant, and dog-​friendly. Mike is about to finish 3-​days on 2 projects, and I’m already planning another round of home repairs.
