I had a dead cell phone, and needed to get it programmed by a Page Plus dealer, of which Tech FIx is. Kevin helped me as much as he could over the phone to avoid me having to pay for a service call. It didn’t work, but he was able to get it working late on a Friday afternoon while three bratty kids were running around the place while mom ignored them. He gets a 10 for not kicking them out, as I would have in my business! LOL. I saw a used MacBook Pro that had been brought in and was for sale. It was the perfect machine for me, as I needed an older version of OS X to communicate with my network at work. He loaded it on at no charge. Professionals and would recommend highly!
