If you ask the electronics supervisor for a quote to fix a bug on your computer and he says «don’t worry about it, I’ll talk to the tech», turn around and run out.
I’m a fool as I fell for it. They make you think you’re getting some kind of bargain, when in fact you’re paying what everyone else pays for repair service. To make matters worse, though my computer was repaired, a week later the same bug was back. The time spent calling almost daily to get the correct person on the phone was very stressful and poor customer service.
After all, it IS an office supply store.
