I recently drove my 1964 Harley Chopper to their location for a bike and car show. When I arrived I noticed that my brake light and three of the four tail marker lights were out. I went into the service department and told the service rep about my lights and that I had to ride it home and was worried about getting rear-ended or stopped by the police. He came out and looked at my bike and said he would have to check with his supervisor to see if they could work on it. He came back and told me that they will not work on it because they don’t want to be liable for the wiring. What? So I had to ride it home with no brake lights and one running light. I got home and found that all of the bulbs were simply burned out. It would have taken 5 minutes to unscrew the lens and sell me three bulbs. Thanks Harley, another show of how important customer service is to you.

Had a valve go bike week and was stranded on I75. Called these guys and they came, towed me in and fixed the valve instead of charging me for a new tire. Trip went on without a hitch. Appreciate Sean and his team they were honest and fair. Good folks to do business with.
