The absolute worst Internet service I’ve ever had! The closer you live to businesses, the worse it is. The businesses get precedent over residential. We have been paying for their«mega, ultra, super duper, fast as lightening internet», for over a year. Don’t believe the hype, it’s crap! In order for us to watch an online streaming movie, there can be no one on any device that requires wifi and we have to watch it before any of our neighbors get up and log on or any of the businesses nearby open. You’re upload speed is equivalent to dial up… from the 90’s, the only thing missing in the AOL voice, «you’ve got mail». You can’t do software updates on their equipment either, you have to call one of their techs and of course… that comes with a service charge.

The other reviewer who wrote the review saying they never show up was correct. They don’t. I booked THREE service calls to PURCHASEINTERNET&PHONESERVICE! You’d think they’d want to sell it. They stood me up 3x in a row. Finally I had to do something… so I ordered Centurylink. Do not order this Centurylink either, as it’s out at least three times a week.

If I could make this a negative star I would! They make appointment and just never show, they do not know how to install their own equipment(cable cards) and the list goes on and on. I would LOVE to cancel the whole service but my options are limited here and it is the only internet that is this speed in my area and the only cable here unless I wanted to go with satellite. I had an appointment today at 1pm and it is not almost 5pm with no sign of them and customer service saying they will find out where they are and call back. If you have another option TAKEIT.
