The first room I was checked into hadn’t been cleaned and the toilet hadn’t been flushed.(Nothing like being greeted by a fresh deuce.) They moved me to another room on the second floor. The entire corridor stank of marijuana. After 10 minutes the stink was getting into my room and the front desk wouldn’t do anything about it. Considering the rooms on this part of the floor were all non smoking they had the authority to ask people to stop. The next room they moved me into was a smoking room. Thankfully the odor wasn’t bad and it was the last option. The rooms are dated and half the lights in my bathroom don’t work. After it was all said and done they charged my credit card $ 75 more than they showed on my bill. I had to fight with them for over a week to try to correct this but in the end I went through my credit card to dispute the charge. What a crappy way to treat a customer. I wouldn’t trust these people with my credit card again. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. If there was a way to give zero stars I would.

Booked a king non smoking and when I arrived was given a king SMOKING. I was told no other room was available. I told the desk clerk I would need to check the room to see how bad it was and if I would stay. Upon opening the door the stench rocked my senses as it smelled like a cigar bar with active smokers. Suffice to say, I left the hotel and found other accomodations.

Horrible. The fit and finish on everything is worn and out of date. The room smelled like it was an old smoking room that wasn’t able to be cleaned properly, the office chair was torn with stuffing coming out, the mirror is mounted crooked on the wall, and if you think I’m just being picky, when I pulled down the comforter, the bed sheets had yellow stains on them. This location is an embarrassment.

Pros: — Free wifi — Nice continental breakfast including eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausages, bagels, toast, muffins, juice, coffee, tea. — About $ 10 less than other hotels we queried along the same stretch of highway — Clean room, comfy bed Cons: — Night employee was less than pleasant — gave the implication with tone of voice that this hotel would be more than we wanted to spend(the room was $ 124).

The manager promised us a refund, swindled us, and then lied to the corporate headquarters about everything and charged us $ 150EXTRA for completely bogus cleaning fees. What a nightmare. DON’T GOHERE!
