this place has gone down hill since the asshole RSD mike scott fired the store manager. he was always friendly and enthusiastic to help me and always answered all of my questions and recommended the best supplements for me. he actually never pushed the crappy GNC products on me like most other stores.

Wow. Just wow. I just purchased a vitamin supplement at this store. The purchase came to a total of $ 14.09. I handed the young man at the register $ 15 but told him I had the 9 cents. Apparently he didn’t hear me and just went ahead and rang it in as $ 15. I tried to hand him the 9 cents and he just looked at me blankly and said«Oh, but I already rang it up.» The guy flat out refused to take the 9 cents and give me a dollar. Then he says in order to do that that he would have to cancel the transaction and redo it. WTF? Look, in the grand scheme of things I don’t care all that much about the dollar. What I do care about is that the person who represents this store either can’t figure out change without the aide of computer, in which case that is a piss poor representation of this store, or the store has some really rigid register policies that just don’t make sense. To top it all of the guy gave me some serious attitude when I expressed my disbelief over this farce of a situation. It was completely surreal. I wanted to just give back the vitamins and demand my money back but I was honestly concerned that he wouldn’t be able to figure out how to give me my money back. That’s not me being mean, that was legitimately a concern. I have no issues with the store itself. It was neat, clean, well stocked, and organized. However, if that is the caliber of employee that works there I will simply find another location.

I have only been in here a few times but the few times I came in, I experienced out of the ordinary, exceptionally friendly service that was well worth writing a review about. I came in several times to get some nutritional necessities and was more impressed with the service I received here from any other nutritional store I have ever stepped into. His name was Ryan and with just the basic questions I asked and the help I received was just genuine, helpful and a great start to my day. The actual store is small though, has the basic selection offered at most GNCs and seems to be well organized. All I can say, is its amazing how the deliverance of good or bad customer service can have such a great impact on your day… this was definitely for the good! Looken forward to coming back!
