One star for the pharmacy, because this department is understaffed and the employees overworked. Service is extremely slow because of this. The people who work here a cordial and take care of your needs once you get to the window but the wait is really long and they make you get back in line again if your prescription isn’t ready when you first come for it. If it’s still not done you will wait a long time in line again. Sometimes people will step in front of you in line and you will wait even longer.

I love the app and the drive thru but this pharmacy has a history of not following through unless you keep on them. I’ve been waiting for them to get a refill from my doc for three days now… now it’s the weekend and unless my doc is the covering doc I doubt anything will be accomplished until Monday.

I love walgreens I always shop the two in wayne as well as the one in Lincoln park and west milford but as much as I love this company and the numerous locations I’ve been to even this one getting to this store from Any direction and getting outta the parking lot is a complete trip to Hell! Who ever designed. The location and access points for this oakland Walgreens was either drunk on drugs or both either that or they had a really sick sense of humor or a grudge against the town of oakland itself or someone who works for the town planning board! Seriously I’ve actually have gotten lost trying to get out of the parking lot! This is no joke the store is in the middle of access points for 287 skyline drive colfax ave 208/​Ramapo valley rd and 202 yawpa rd plus it’s a nightmare! Thank goodness I still love the store and the ppl that work there cause each time I go I feel like getting in and out of the parking lot puts my life at risk! As in make sure your will is up to date!
