unfortunately my car was towed from private property and I was not able to retrieve it until after hours. the person who answered the phone was not able to retrieve my car and as a result i was charged for the additional days and now will be charged the additional days until I can get out of work early enough to pick it up. Bummer their system is not more efficiently set up and they are charging me for their mistake.

Stranded out of town & Ken saved our lives. Good people still exist. Great company. 5am and need to get back to Sac asap.
Ken didn’t leave us out in the cold literally. Waited til we raised funds to get our car. It’s scary on this street. My homegirl has learned her lesson.

I called to have my car towed around 7PM. The shop I was bringing it to closed at 10. The dispatcher told me it would be an hour. I waited until 8:45 and called to see where the truck was. The dispatcher said the driver wouldnt be able to get my car to the shop before closing. I had to wait the next day to have it towed (with another company).

Wow… years later and my car breaks down again. W2 Towing came to my rescue. Ken (the owner) was amazing. He was super nice, reasonable and honest. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

the fact that people are compelled to write a review for a towing company is telling!
very nice people, flexible, reliable and friendly.
i was involved in a car accident and CHP had them tow my car — unfortunately i have AAA and i don’t know if i will be able to patronize them again. if i had to i would though.
everyone i dealt with their from the dispatch lady to Ken and Bill were really nice and understanding. i felt may car was safe in there as well.

My car broke down on Christmas eve, and luckily they had some people in the area, so the wait was pretty much nonexistent. Lucky for me too because it was freezing cold! The guy who came was really nice and let me wait in his truck while he hooked up my car. Its definitely a Christmas eve to remember, but they made it a little easier on me. Highly recommended.
