Vanilla Baking & Catering is an Alumni of eat real, for real? Header on tent says so. sign on the side lists their name and offerings.
menu: mostly baked goods. brain cells fried from heat, couldn’t comprehend, only tummy cells operational.
eats: alfajores (dulce de leche) $ 2
–powdery sugar on top, layers of crust melts in mouth, filling tasty?
no aftertaste, all good, i.e. natural, no addictives, perservatives.
crumbs:
–just out of curiosity wander in their direction, also my car was that way.
–this year’s eat real’s name signs non-​existent compared to last year.
can’t tell from a distance what’s out there.
–definitely top tier eats here… fab, friendly service. even for a $ 2 sale. impressed!..

Really great brownies, homemade marshmallows (the butter rum and peppermint flavors were especially good!), and bunuelos. Also tried their alfajores at the Eat Real festival — excellent! The owners were very friendly too. I’m definitely contacting them the next time I’m looking for caterers!
