Tacos Sinaloa

Tacos Sinaloa has upgraded this spot since they took it over. there’s lots of seating inside the building next to the food truck. parking is avaialable but non-​patrons have taken most of the spaces.

This is some seriously great California-​style Mexican food and I am so glad I don’t have to schlep down to the taco truck in East Oakland for this stuff — can be a little rough down there sometimes. Everything is fresh and authentic. And just when I’ve seen it all, along comes the $ 12 Super Burrito. The catch is this is ~24 inches long so you won’t finish it in one sitting unless you are into that kind of thing. Also, you’re going to want to try the Rose Meat burrito aka suadero. It’s not as scary as it sounds… what they do is take a big cut of beef (instead of pork) and make Carnitas-​styled beef. This is basically crack in a burrito. And ask for some red and green salsa to drizzle on it too.

This is the real deal people. You don’t even know how much I crave this stuff when I’m out of the state.
The first thing I do when I’m back is make a trip out here. Yes it’s a little sketch at 11pm at night really close to the highway underpass but this sh*t is the bomb. This is what a REAL taco should taste like! So good, so cheap (only $ 2??? everything else in the bay area is expensive as hell but this is so worth it).
They’ve got tables near the truck for you to sit at and devour your tacos. You know it’s good when there’s a line every time you go (but don’t worry, they move quickly!).
Always get the lengua (tongue). It will blow your mind.

My parents live in Alameda so when I visit the Bay Area this is my go to spot for tacos and burritos ! I always look forward to coming here ! The chicken and steak is so yummy ! Outstanding !
