I had heard a lot of good things about this taco truck and finally decided to give it a try. When I walked up, the food smelled delicious. So To say I was disappointed with what I received would be an understatement. I ordered two chicken and two steak tacos but was given four steak tacos. Okay stuff happens they get busy. But the amount of gristle given to me was totally unacceptable. I had to spit out a third of what I ate because it was so tough. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Not kidding, this is a really delicious beef burrito! Steak, tomato, cheese, rice, beans, cilantro, chopped onions, wrapped in a flour tortilla. You’re given a small container with spicy sauce. $ 5 beef burrito. Tastes so fresh. Thumbs up. Best part about their location, they park next to my work. I’m coming back! Lol

Only $ 5 for their delicious pork chow mein! I’m going to have to come back and try their fish tacos I’ve been hearing so much about.

I am very surprised that Mr. Le’s Taco Truck doesn’t have a page on Unilocal!(Maybe it’s because his truck has multiple names on it?) His taco truck looks rather beat up, but trust me, when it comes to hygiene, it’s impeccable. Not to mention, he can conjure up pretty much anything you want in the tiny little kitchen in the truck :) He runs the business with family(I am not sure if the little lady in the truck is his wife or sister, who does most of the cooking and Mr. Le takes care of all the garnishing!) He is usually parked on the corner of Madison st. &4th st, across the recycling center. You can’t really miss it. However, this particular location is only between 11:30AM and 1PM. He moves close to the Blue Bottle Co. after 1PM. He sells pretty good Mexican food(that has a slight Asian twist to it), his veggie noodle soup($ 4) and the wonton soup($ 5) are out of the world. He also has assorted beverages, chips, snacks and sells freshly cut fruit(for around $ 2 a pack) I eat here pretty much every day, as do most of my colleagues. My husband practically lives on his veggie burrito($ 4) For $ 3 a day, I wouldn’t care for the tacos elsewhere(they are quite yummy!)
