Hired Mr. Fix It at at the request of my landlord. It started with them getting mad at my boyfriend for not answering their call at 8:30 am. It took 3 visits before they could fix the issue but they did eventually. Then we needed them again and every time we call we were told that someone would call us back. We have been trying for a week to get an electrical outlet run. I called and left a voicemail for a manager to call me back. It hasn’t happened. I am done with this company and do not recommend them being used by anyone if it is this hard.
