I have purchased several things from them. Sofa and Love seat out lasted longer than one I purchased from Levitz for 3x as much. Nancy is pleasant to work with. I only gave them 3 stars because quality is not always the best. My GG Mother would say… you get what you pay for.

Never again! bought a recliner couch and they said they will have it delivered in 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed and still no couch, not even a phone call! I called and they said oh sorry we ran out of stock it will take another 2 weeks. After the couch was delivered, i probably sat on it for 2 months before the recliner broke, like really you would think it would last. That’s not the end of it, since i was under warranty, i called this place and they said they will give me the replacement part in 2 weeks. 2 weeks past and still no parts. i took the liberty to go to the place myself and ask then where is the part, their answer, oh i have your part order here, its going to take 2 weeks. Again with 2 weeks! 3 months, MONTHS, come by and this guy comes knocking and says he has a replacement part. turns out it was the WRONG part. The guy says sorry i will get you right part. 2 weeks. I just didn’t care anymore because after 2 weeks and no part, i called it a lost. I didn’t want to deal with idiots. Worst furniture place EVER! Better off going somewhere else. They are a rip off, the sale is what got me in but the furniture is cheap. Not worth your money, better off going somewhere else. Btw its been 1 year and a half, still no parts. worst customer service, they just want your money and once they have it, they neglect you.
