This place is amazzzzzzzzzzing. I went in to get an eye contact exam, since the reviews were pretty good. The first thing the doctor said to me when I came in was, «You see well?» Haha, good one. Anyway, he was extremely nice and pretty funny. The exam didn’t last long, and he explains things thoroughly. For people getting a contacts eye exam for the first time, the price is $ 75 flat. $ 65 for the exam + fitting and everything, and the $ 10 for the trial lens(2 weeks) and solutions. Pretty good deal!

I been wear the same exactly pair of glasses for about 7 – 8 years. In between then, I did goto Asia has had a couple of pair of glasses made, but they never lasted on me. The glasses I got from Asia broke prematurely and wasn’t fitted properly. I always put off finding a new pair since I wasn’t really able to afford it. I stopped by Hong Kong Optical to whether see if I can get a new pair of glasses. I found out that I cannot reuse my prescription since it’s way long overdue. However, Hong Kong Optical has an amazing deal to have your eyes checked if you do get your frames from there. There is a joint deal with the doctor in the same building and it only costed me thirty-five dollars to see her. I didn’t realize it but my vision did get a tiny bit worse, and the glasses I wore aren’t really ideal for nighttime driving. After coming back from the appointment, I chose out a frame. Though they have a lot of frames to pick from I still find that the selection is still a bit small and limited. I went ahead and chose a pair of Armani Exchanges glasses I fancied. The co-owner then took some measurements of my eyes to have them fitted. Then after a week my glasses were ready. If my glasses wasn’t fitted properly the owners said that I am more than welcome to come back to have them readjusted. —– + Pro: Great friendly service. — Con: Not much of a selection on new styles. (^_^) Overall: Decent places if you want new speks.

This has to be THECHEAPEST place to get an Eye Contact Lens exam and Fitting. Its $ 65FLATRATE. And they also give you your prescription for glasses too. You can’t beat that price. The only thing is, they don’t have samples for contact lens and you have to know what you want. I recommend Air Optix. They are monthly contact lens. So a box will last you about 3 months. I went here and did my contact lens exam and fitting, I got a written prescription. I took the prescription to Costco, and bought 1 box of Air Optix for about $ 35. So i spent roughly $ 100. AND i got everything the same day. Also, it seems that this place only does exams on Saturdays or Sundays. Honestly, i dont really care as long as I’m getting a good deal. And who doesn’t love good deals? — — — — - UPDATE! I took my niece here the other day. She got a prescription for both Clear contact lens & color contact lens all for the $ 65 flat rate! Usually they make you take and pay for 2 seperate exams, but here they dont! just let them know ahead of time! What a DEAL!

They’re friendly here, not pushy like other optometrists. When you tell them that the glasses they give you don’t feel right, you can go back and get it corrected. Unlike some other places that tell you your eyes just need to adjust to them. Unfortunately they don’t have the widest selection of frames, and some styles seem a bit outdated. I’ve been here before for eye exams, and they sometimes run late. But it’s still better than sitting through the«too busy for you» attitude of other places. I’d give this place 3.5 stars if possible, not exactly a place to make you jump up and down and spin. But 3.5 is not possible, so I’ll just round up. ^_^
