Excellent and unique shoe styles. Old school store, East Bay store. They have a ‘sale’ section with limited sizes, but if you can find something that fits you will have a pair of unique and killer stage shoes for $ 40 or less. I Love Hill’s and look forward to checking out the selection on every trip to Oakland.

I needed dress shoes for my daughter’s wedding. After being frustrated by the «big guys» who had no selection and sky high prices I happened upon Hill’s. The selection and prices were great and the personal service from Pete was unbelievable. Too bad I live 450 miles away. Anyone opening a retail business should spend some time at Hill’s to learn how to do it right.

I was very pleased with the service received from this vendor. I would rate Lasonya a 10 in customer service. Its not easy to find shoes like these just any where. If you are a person with style and don’t know where to find it go see Hills shoes in person because it don’t make sense to order something on line as personal as shoes. You need to try them on. Its nice to know if they don’t have the shoes size in stock she will go get it for you the next day if necessary. I really like this old school small family business establishment. I will buy more shoes from them and I will send my friends an family to see LaSonya. Keep up the good work!

They had a wide variety of mens dress shoes at really reasonable prices. Went in just for white dress socks and because Pete was so great ended up with shoes and a shirt too.

hill shoes is an old school oakland shoe store it;‘s been in oakland since the 1920s it use to be on broadway near 14 st but moved to it’s current location in the early 2000s they have a wide veriaity of dress up shoes i bought a few stacy adam shoes from them i bought some Patent leather stacy adams last year and in 2003 i bought the old school black and white stacy adams i like dressing old school some times lol if you need some good dress up shoes check this place out…
