I used this company for a small gathering at the holidays with a few of their staff. When I called in to get information, they were very professional and helpful. The staff they provided were perfect. They looked very professional, and had great customer services.
Overall the event went great and their staff defiantly made a big difference with both security and customer services.

High com is a small outfit that puts on a good image at first and talks the talk but they have a small team and poor oversight over their employees, most of which I found were unprofessional and inexperienced. The company I worked for used High Com for 2 years. Their officers frequently complained that they weren’t treated fairly and didn’t have the option of calling out sick because they knew that if they didn’t come in, it would take hours for HighCom to find a replacement or flex officer, placing the burden on the officers themselves. The officers are not paid enough to have that
I would recommend going with a larger Union company.
